Can you post a “Study with me” for a full day of studying (8-10hrs) with ONLY breaks you actually take in real life, instead of inserting Pomodoro breaks YOU don’t take. I know I can work through them if I wanted but, like how you get rid of your phone, I’d prefer not to have the temptation😂

Checklist:
• A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧
• Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋
• Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late-night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧
• a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕
• Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone, a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨️
• Anything else you could need, what about a heating pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈
Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. 📖

My exam is on Monday and yeet he drops right before I’m about to start with maths , sheeeesh
Even though sometimes i study 8hrs + a day, this is my favourite study with me video on UA-cam hands down. I think its because its only an hour so stopping before an hour is not an option and usually i restart video and keep doing that all day. Also i feel like this guy gets the ladies (no homo) and so do i, so its more of a real situation then watching some random guy from Vietnam (no disrespect to Vietnamese people) this is just for me 👊🏾

Thank you for making these videos! I was wondering if you have any recommendations on how to put them to work while studying? I play it in the background and don't get up until it is done or it is time for a break. Overall it's been very helpful in keeping me focused!!
Bro I'll start the video and watch it for about 30 seconds to a minute before starting my work. Seeing him focus gets me into work mode. And then I'll just kinda play it like brown noise in the background and come back to watch when I start to lose focus.
