Hi Dave, fairplay to you....a cool ditch....will certainly help with the drainage.....as they say....a ditch in time saves nine (inches of water) ☺ peace and blessings
Position is key with almost all machines. Now with the ditch in place you can slope the sides a bit just to pretty it up better. You did great. Practice makes perfect
Hi Dave just catching your newest video..nice you can help the neighbour’s out with your backhoe..HOWEVER …would love to see you digging in a water line from your brook to your cabin..would sure help out with your water needs ….👍👍👍
With my current water setup catching rain from my eaves troph we have more water than we can use ....the 1000 liter tank behind the cabin has been full all summer ....were only there on the weekends so it has all week to refill ...and with a wet summer like this one were golden lol
We Have a Steel Plate 3/8” or so, 8” tall and A Foot Wider than the Bucket we Tack Weld to the Teeth & Cut it off When your Done, for Digging Ditches with a Narrow Bucket. The Type or Material Excavated would dictate if it would hold up.
Appears to dig well. By digging along the driveway, you lose driving area, as compared to digging 90*. Will definately help it dry out. Probably needs built up higher with gravel.
Hello Sparkys, I' m Ivan, I live in Argentine..soy seguidor del canal.. quiero comprar, (i need buy a backhoe) una retroexcavadora, cheek please this maschine " borda bossana" made in argentine. I await your commentsUn saludo gracias!! Thank you

By your cabin across the road you have rocks and gravel but here dirt and mud
Its strange ...lot of swampy ground over there ....a lot of water springs also ..
