The Retail Version of the padsmith mousepad is significantly a softer foam then the sample. Its about roughly the same as a xsoft artisan pad in comparison to the old mid density. :)

@@vincent94xxx the difference is the speed, in which the hien is a bit faster, and the feeling to the wrist, in which the hien feels rougher to the touch but at the same time it's smoother to glide your mouse in. i'd say if you have money to burn, buy it. but then again, it's just a mousepad. did i get my money's worth and is it worth upgrading to? eh not really haha kinda feels like i wasted money on a piece of japanese cloth

Honestly, the agile shop marble pad might be what you’re looking for if you want speed tbh. If I recall correctly, it’s the fastest of them all. But they’re all not too far off from one another

I Just know my tracking is a bit off. Also stuff like using a flick gun like the wingman in apex. I was looking at the hayate otsu V2 but i cant get it anywhere. It needs to feel smooth on the arm / hand too. Should i get this one? Or perhaps get the LGG venus?

Idk about on the super light. But on a lot of mice get a size 9 silicone ring. Just a cheap one and it just slides on. Easy and cool customization! Looks like 9.5 for superlight

However, I can feel the texture/feedback of the pad more with superglides compared to my stock skates. It's not that "floaty" feeling for me. Are you also experiencing this? Because you mention in the video, with AC II you can't feel the surface with glass skates. It's weird how this superglide GLASS skates are slow and comparable with PTFE skates.

@@seventail I like it more compared to stock skates. Micro-adjustments are better IMO. But it depends on your pad. What pad are u using right now? I think this superglides are better with hybrid/Hien like pads. Someone send some glide tests with superglide + Otsu V2 and vaxee PA on discord pulsar community and they say it's slow and not like other people saying that it will fly like glass mousepad or a very fast cordura pad. It still retain control which I like. I don't understand why pulsar advertised this as "Super fast" on their packaging. But it's not that "super fast" maybe fast initial friction? yes but not dynamic friction. It's still fast tho but expecting from a "glass" it's something worth mentioning.

There is a difference yes. They all have slightly different speeds and the prints are a bit smoother feeling
