Direct hit to solar plexus or liver shuts you down for a while. Hard to hit during real fight though.

All these reactions are real the instructor or whatever is directly punching them in the “Liver” this is a vital organ attached to the nervous system that temporarily shuts down the body and causes the victim to become breathless and dizzy. The more you know!

I think if you hit someone that hard they'd go down anyway, no need for dim mak. I'm curious to know what happens if they don't revive? Should have given them two minutes for us to find out if they're seriously winded or genuinely in trouble!
