    Very well explained. My uncle has been diagnosed with this and he has experienced most of the symptoms that the Doctor on the video mentioned.

    The gene it's on is called the notch 3 gene. Had to have the test and luckily don't have it.

    My father has cadasil and I am 11 and I hope I won’t have it

    I only have 21 years and I discovered i have cadasil . Fucking fate

    If you have the mutated notch 3-gene, does that mean that you definitivly get the diseace too? Asking regarding friend

      Hi Carl-Fredrik may I ask how you know your friend knows they have a issue with the notch 3 gene.
