Here's come maybe the most messed up woman in Lucifer's life that audiences tried to hate her but no one really can. Honestly, Inbar Lavi is so amazing, I've never seen such charming woman in screen like her.
In this season I loved to hate her.
This season I liked her, and then I started disliking her, and then I HATED her, and then by the end i was lukewarm towards her. So eve is honestly just a very polarizing character. 🤷🏾♂️
I mean, sure she’s beautiful but i dislike the character not because of bad writing or anything but just because she was a bad influence on lucifer and was annoying

@@gntyh Thing is she was a bad influence on Lucifer, but (spoilers) not once had bad intentions, confessed her mistakes and was fully driven to make people happy (mostly herself and Lucifer (in which she had gone about the wrong way) but she never tried to make anyone sad on actively want to put others in danger)
She has the potential of being the annoying naive character who everyone hates because no one could be that stupid. But I think they balanced her naivety well and I just can’t hate her, even with all she did to Lucifer and others

I used to think that I'm gonna hate Eve after this episode but until the very end I still can't, and you will guys understand why. 👍
You want to not like her.. and she does give reason to an extent, but it comes from an honest(ish) place. Beyond that, she's really kind and sincere... She's the Biblical Ella in a way.

@@MoviesAndTvShowsAreSubjective there are not that many good therapists. so the bigger the city, the more they are solicited. so they rise the prices for those who can afford it. you should see the ridiculous amount some people pay to send their cats or dogs to special therapists. especially rich and famous people. I think they said that in the first episode, therapist to the stars the first girl who got killed next to lucifer in the pilot.
in La therapists make between $53,469 to $112,233 a year

When it comes to Eve i can say is she is not evil. She is someone who husband never got over ex and is looking to be happy so the she leaves her husband and she go back to a ex who she remembers being happy with. Like she thinks " it was fun when i was with him so i'm going to back him and see things go". It the same thing lucifer is doing. Keep in mind Eve didn't marry Adam because she was fall in love with him she was created for him. There was no real choice for her. Yet everyone else gets to fall in love.
I think Chloe has every right to freak out when you keep in mind she has just learned that divinity exists when she previously didn't believe. Her ex-boyfriend who she introduced to her daughter turned out to be the first-ever murderer and Lucifer knew. Also when Linda found out about Lucifer not only is her relationship different from that of his and Chloe's but she asked to see the real him so was slightly prepared for something.
I love Eve soooo frickin much. Inbar is amazing 😭💜 she is so sweet and cute. My favorite after Lucifer and Maze. She is just amazing. I thought I will hate her but damn.. I just can't. Also, this season is my favorite and one of the reasons is her. Can't wait to see if season 6 will top it. I'm excited.

while Eve is Mortal she did say that because she was handmade by god that she was able to revive herself. which resulted in her going back into her bones and coming back to life so even if she was killed she would just revive

I hated Eve, I loved Eve and at one point we get to see the Real Eve and everything else just doesn't matter. Eve is EVE, she's the grandmother of everyone and she is awesome.

Cain got a wife from either his other siblings or niece. The sons are mainly highlighted in Genesis but they also had daughters. So Cain and Abel had sisters. Time went by before Cain killed Abel they could have been far along. Even if we came from evolution those early primitive humans would mate amongst themselves

It is, but in my opinion it's a show like The Flash or others CW shows, the main story is amazing and very entertaining but having almost 30 episodes per season (and like 9 seasons) involves a LOT of filler episodes and the more you advance in the show they become boring and repetitive

So in regards to their discussion of Adam and there being other people before him:
In the Bible it says: "And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness," and, " So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; make and female created he them." And this happened on either the fifth or sixth day.
BUT, God then rested for the seventh. And some time after the seventh day, it says, "And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living soul.
And the Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed."
So Adam was actually formed after the initial creation of man, but he was sent to live in Eden. So with the guys discussion about whether there were other clans, the first few pages of Genesis say there were more than one human. Whether or not the others were considered to have "living souls" like Adam is a different story

From what was learned in season 3, everyone self-actualizes be it humans or angels. The point is that people send themselves to heaven and hell (for the most part as there ARE some doors in hell that are locked for evil people with no remorse) and by that logic they could free themselves from heaven or hell if they really wanted to. It gets complicated after that because if you're dead and your body is gone then typically you could only exist in heaven or hell. Eve stated that she was able to return to Earth and inhabit her old flesh again because she as created directly by the hand of God. The rest of humanity doesn't have that going for them so once they die it's either heaven or hell for their souls going off the internal logic of this show that we've seen thus far.

Eve is honestly my 2nd favorite character that they brought on this show. She’s really a great character and in my eyes. A way better pick for Lucifer
In my opinion eve wasn't the best pick cuz she was pretty toxic to luci and just wanted the old rebellious side oh his and Luci doesn't want that he's always wanted to be a better man.

Since Eve was able to self-actualize back into her body, why wouldn’t Cain/Abel be able to do the same? Basically I propose the theory that Cain self-actualized his own mark and maybe even his curse. And why can’t humans do that today on the same scale?
Well, simple answer is inbreeding. Unless God was making spouses for Adam and Eve’s children, Cain and Seth married their own sisters. As the generations went on, you can see how inbreeding hurts genetics over time. For a prime example, look at King Tut, who was the son of a brother and sister, had a club foot, was unable to produce any living children and died at 19 years old.
Cain didn't self- actualize his mark. Amenadiel gave it to him. That lore is in the show (season 3)
@@transient_ I also take that with a grain of salt. I'm a little wary of spoiling more, but did Amenadiel literally give Penelope a baby or was the blessing something else? In that case did Amenadiel literally carry the mark and slap in onto Cain or was something else happening? Or maybe I'm just a person who likes over-thinking why people who've been hurt in the past do the things they do and I wish Cain's character had stuck around longer. Some things would've made more sense to have him there instead of other characters.

I honestly wish that the show had the balls to drop the Chloe/Lucifer romance and made Lucifer and Eve the new core romance of the show. That has never happened in any tv show I have ever seen where the show tries to get the lead male and female characters together, then drops it and has them completely move on with other people.
Plus Inbar Lavi (Eve) is a much better actress than Lauren German (Chloe).

Inbar Lavi is great yes. Oh and as for shows that drop the romance between main characters for someone better, try Perception or Grimm (love the latter so much, especially for the romantic part of things and how that all goes down on that show). Honestly, I know people love the whole DeckerStar thing but it's never really hooked me, it's nothing like the strong vibes you get with like, Beckett and Castle (Castle) or Nick and Adalind (Grimm) or Aeryn and John (Farscape), Barbie and Julia (Under The Dome) or even Wade and Zoe (Hart of Dixie). These were very strong love stories that had great development and were cemented well overtime. I just don't get that same feeling from Lucifer and Chloe, sorry to anyone who disagrees, it's just not all there for me.

And it was weird from Nick's side because of the situation and everything they had been through, it was meant to be how it looked and felt because of their history, how could it not be weird and it was a thousand times better than with Juliet. They are one of my top 10 favorite couples of all time and nothing will ever ever change my mind, as long as I live, so I'm sorry if you disagree but my mind won't be changed.
