Hindsight has never demonstrated anything to show he is not a racist. He talks a lot and deep down fosters racist views.
Donald Ramotar lost in Region 8 by one vote and the RO refuses to have a recount. By any standard, there should be a recount.So the PPP enter parliament one seat less.
