I respect this video so much, had such a difficult and frustrating time trying to fix this issue I have not been able to download certain applications on my device because it kept telling me this message. Thanks for the video fixed my problems now I can download stuff. This vid was 4 years ago too

I get this error message, go to restart which is also greyed out, but Windows Installer isn't visible in task manager. Anyone run into this before?
