What did you all think of the little babies!? Aren't they beautiful! Thank you so much for watching everyone!
@TJ'S REPTILE AND AQUARIUM WORLD I'm glad! Me too!
Absolutely adorable! All of you are!
@@k.l.manring2083 Flatered! Thank you!
I love them. Their heads are so much bigger than their bodies 😄
They are some real amazing geckos
Despite how common/ popular this species is in the hobby they will always hold a special place in my heart. My focus has shifted and I no longer have my Crested Gecko, but they are awesome to keep! Congratulations on a great start to the season, these babies are stunning already, I’m sure they will develop beautifully as Lilly Whites always do. The transformation is remarkable!
In regards to your Question of the day, my main goal/ aspiration for the future is to keep native UK/ European species outdoors in spacious, natural enclosures and perhaps breed some too although that is not a priority for me personally at this time.
I know there's a few colubrid snakes in the UK, are there many large lizards?
Excited to see what native species you’re looking into! I’ve never found much success finding native reptiles either in the wild or captive in the uk 😅 definitely a rarity
There are TONS of great skinks, lizards, snakes who are native to places like Minnesota (blue tailed skink) and others that really should be bred and made pets. They are numerous and hardy due to harsh winters they live through.
Those babies are cute. Cograts. My harlequin raspora keep trying to breed but they haven't figured it out yet
I never bred animals and don't feel like it's probable I ever will.
this channel scratches an itch I didn't know I had
Your babies are beautiful. Congratulations! I am 65 and do not plan on breeding animals. I have a leopard gecko, I also have a Bearded dragon. My daughter has a Bearded dragon. I would love to have a crested gecko one day in the future.
Here’s a little bit of experience from a new breeder, when I collect my eggs, I candle them to see the cheerio then mark them with the embryo up.
QOD: The only thing that I’ve bred are springtails and I want to breed giant house spiders soon.
Wonderful!
I love the new babies! In my head they are called Lily and Billy. 😂
I wore my Rep t-shirt yesterday and I got great comments. I directed them to you. Hopefully more subs 4 u!!
Congratulations!!!! I just want to know how all that gecko manages to fit in that tiny egg!!! I'll take Cheeky!!!!
Thank you! They do plenty of gymnastics and yoga ;). Get's them flexible haha
QOD: I don't currently have time or space for more reptiles so no breeding for me. If I ever did I would want to be increasing captive bred numbers in the trade which would normally source wild-caught as I do believe there is space for small scale reptile breeders to do a lot of good in that realm.
Couldn’t agree more! Thank you for sharing!
You did a great job on Derrick reptiles interview, congratulations on the new crested geckos
I got two adult giant stick insects which i’d like to breed since the adults only live around 6 months. It would be nice keeping their offspring in memory of my first invertebrates:)
Phasmids are wonderful!
Just recently I had two and sadly they died since after they breed they die so soon I'mma have baby stick bugs, I see the eggs in the enclosure
Breeding mainly tarantulas so far. 3 H pulchripes, 1 OBT, 1 P irminia, 1 M balfouri, 1 GBB. Plenty of other things in the future as well.
I've been breeding My male Dalmation Pongo, with a female Harlequin Harley. Have 2 eggs incubating at the moment, stilla ways to go . A good 40-60 days left, but I am so excited to see what babies come out of this pair
Those babies are too cute! I plan to breed my female crestie next year. She laid her first egg for me a couple weeks ago.
Thank you! Awesome!
My hatchlings just arrived (100 days!) after they were laid! I hear that the usual time is 60-70 days, with 45 being the shortest time, and like 150 days being the longest. I just thought, wow! That's a long time they stayed in the egg. I expected them to be laid a month ago honestly, but around 100 days I guess would be average to long time.
The care you have for your animals is second to none in my eyes :D
Thank you so much!
Yessss i was waiting for this vid so excited :))
Oh wow those babies!! Congrats man. Since finding your channel I have been going in deep into the hobby. My Tokay has been with me for less than a week now and I don’t think that would have happened if I didn’t find your channel.
I got him to eat from tongs for the first time last night. Once I’m ready for more, I’d love get another one and possibly try to breed. It would be a personal thing just for the love of tokays. I can’t get enough of these guys
Congratulations your babies are beautiful
Oh my goodness how cute!!! I really wish I could send you some newts I bet you'd enjoy breeding them as well. My love for them is incredible wish I could share them with you!! 😁
Lucky! I would love to have some newts. Just set up a little pond outside, so I'm hoping to attract some wild ones eventually!
@@Violet-Lily Facebook has tons of newt pages you can buy some
Congrats! That is such a cool accomplishment let’s hope we get some more geckos this year.🦎
They are so cute!
So gorgeous & healthy! Congratulations!! 🎉🍾🎊🎈
If I were to get into breeding, I think I'd be most interested in Crested Geckos and African Fat Tails :) Congrats on the new babies - Wishing them good health.
They are so adorable!
I rescued a Bold jumping spider out of my recycle bin and brought it inside. My son named him Steve. Well a week later Steve laid an egg sac. Now I have like 100 baby bold Jumping spiders and as soon as they are big enough they will be released since they are native.
You are one of many people, making me want to have a pet gecko x3
This is too much cuteness
they are just so stinking cute!! ❤️🦎
they're so cute! I'm waiting until I'm a little more settled down before I jump in but I'd love to keep and potentially breed Amazon Milk Frogs :) I do have a spider plant that has propagated many little spider plant gifts for friends and neighbors over the years (if that counts as breeding haha).
Congratulations!
Hello great video information Dayyan
Awesome babies. I personally would like to breed gargoyle geckos because I love their colours and how they look. I have a beautiful female, and one day I’ll pair her up!
The hatching is my favorite part of breeding cresties! My favorite part of owning is the amazing enclosures I get to build
I haven't bred any Reptiles yet, but i hope to breed ball pythons last year. This is going to be a one time thing though. There are more than enough bp. I have already arranged several good homes, if i hatch babys. I just want the experience.
Congratulations. Those geckos are very cute and we are waiting how they will develop. Although I have a male crested gecko for years, I had never the chance to breed him. He has a very nice structure. He stands apart from many recently produced smaller geckos with less crests. Just like your own geckos that have a very nice structure. This is a rare thing nowadays. I would like to breed this species, even though it seems that everyone is doing this. I have also bread leopard geckos in the past and termite hill geckos.
Congrats they are beautiful
Their so beautiful ! 🤩😍 you have done an ace job . Please do regular updates ! I breed Phasmids” Periphetes graniferum “ which are crazy coloured blue , green , orange ,turquoise with a black bottom. and also Necroscia annulipes , their bright green that are beautiful fliers with a touch of blue & yellow that have amazing magenta wings .
Reptiles r us is my FAVOURITE store
Well, I gave birth to my child this year, so that's one species I've been breeding, lol.
Besides that, I'm raising mealworms and they've bred a *ton* for me.
I'd love to breed other species in the future, but I'm not sure which. Leopard geckos are appealing to me, though.
Congratulations! That’s the best comment ever haha!
QoD: Your red eye crocodile skinks have me HEAVILY considering getting a pair. I also like the idea of breeding some crested gecko with the red coloring like Deadpool from Tiki's, maybe some lily whites.
I originally wanted to breed some pattern morphs with my Female maker coral glow ball python, but something about crested geckos really captured my attention the last few weeks.
Congrat nice ones!! Our lillies took 98days
They're gorgeous! Congrats!
QOD: This year I'm breeding mexican black kingsnakes, cali kingsnakes, hognose snakes, ball pythons, leopard geckos, crested geckos, chahouas, leachies, gargoyles, sarasins geckos, australian barking geckos, knob tailed geckos, halmahera blue tongue skinks & ackie monitors. Also some cockroach and isopod species. (As Devilish Exotics ;))
Congrats, they are awesome babies, beautiful colours, great video as always 👍👏😁
Congratulations! the babies are so cute. i'm verry happy to say that i've been having success breeding malaysian cat geckos this year!
Thanks Emma! Yes you have and I’m so happy to see you working with them and having such success breeding them!
i just bought my very first reptile
its a lilly white crestie
Absolutely GORGEOUS cresties!! How exciting!
One of my baby harleys just hatched!! This video is so helpful!!! Congrats to us 💕
I would love to breed some praying mantis. I currently have a asian giant mantis as a pet but would love to learn to breed those little critters. Sadly Jade has a difficult hunting instinct so it is often hard to feed her so I wouldnt breed her in specifically but would get another pair.
Pingu is such a great name
Thank you!
Ahh the babies are so cute! I really wanna breed cresties in the future
Thank you! Great species to start with! Very rewarding!
Aw fantastic! Congratulations 🎉 they’re gorgeous! I’m currently not breeding anything other than feeder roaches and clean up crew this year lol
Thank you friend! That’s great too! Knowing your limits is very important!
That's awesome, they look aware, and healthy.
I just got my first crested gecko last Tuesday from Josh's frogs. It's a tiger dalmatian
Congratulations with the Lilly white babies :). So cute.
We bread, at the moment: crested gecko, bearded dragon, Yemen chameleon.
We hope to bread: morelia spilota, cornsnake, zonozaurus ornata.
How about putting in a little piece of cork bark in the water bowl? I'm not planning on breeding anything this year, but I do have a pair of Phelsuma Grandis that are interested in breeding, though no fertile eggs yet.
I haven't watched the video yet and I'm so excited!!
Awe, how cute!
someday i want to breed dragon geckos! those babies are SSIIICCCCKKKK!!!!
Congrats Dion & just like I promised I will now try to draw the other drawing I promised
Congratulations. Great video.
I might have screwed up on my late former crested geckos. I was originally told that these lizards like cooler temperatures that are in the average room temperature range and that they do not need heat. When my female laid eggs they never hatched even though I had a male
The lizards don't need extra heat, but the eggs do.
They are so cute! my heart! I am so excited for mine to hatch! I am breeding crested geckos and leopard geckos this year :)
I may be getting a pair of Australian Water Dragons. The current owners are still on the fence about selling but I at least have the first right of refusal. It will be awesome to keep and attempt to breed this species here in Canada 🇨🇦 Here's hoping 😀
I’m a first time breeder, of veiled chameleons.🤞🤞she laid 64 eggs !! 😮
Exciting!
I breed horses and have two mares bred but I would love to breed hognose snakes on a very small scale!😍😍
So adorable! I recently saved two tiny cresteds from a big box pet store and they are super small. Any helpful tips on making sure they are eating? I might need to order those tiny food bowls that you showed today. Thanks for your videos, I enjoy your content and have recently become a huge fan! Also, do you think that a 12x12x18 is too big of a space for small geckos?
I also still get so confused on lilly whites. My favorite pair produces beautiful high whites but I'm still not sure exactly what would classify them as a Lilly white. Also as far as breeding my proven pair of red eyed crocodile skinks laid their first egg for me last month!!!
Super cute
Kinda random and not main topic of the video but those baby satanic leaf tail geckos are SO CUTE OMG. And i would like to maybe breed pygmy chameleons, lol they are just like my favorite animal by far.
Oh my gosh, I’m so excited for you!! Pingu and Rambo are such beautiful geckos and I knew the babies would be gorgeous too. I’m not disappointed, Mazel tov Papa Dayyan!
My juvenile crestie, Hubert sleeps in a folded leaf like a little gecko taco it’s the cutest.
Ive only bred fish cause thats my hobbie but 1 day... i wanna keep and maby breed crested geckos and some type of cameleon so thanks reptiliatus for the info and nice videos!
They’re amazing! Will you be holding them back for further breeding projects?
Such a busy little guy, I’m so happy about your babies, congratulations 👏🏼👍🏻So adorable, I’m confused because I thought they would be white🤷♀️I love them 😍❤️ it was nice seeing how you setup their new homes. I really enjoy ur channel even though I don’t keep any animals do to my health. OLD👵🏻🇺🇸
I cant wait for reptile expos to come back after covid! Have you ever been to the one in Montreal?
Me too! No! I’d love to though!
Beautiful little babies! I’m just getting back into Uroplatus and hopefully will start breeding Sikorae and Henkeli next year. Besides your Phants are you keeping or breeding any other Uroplatus?
Currently have 10 eggs incubation with 2 going to hatch any day now. Lillywhite het axanthic x 100% het axanthic
Beautiful babies! The face patterns on the first baby are incredible. Congrats bro, looking forward to seeing how they progress!
QoD: Currently breeding crested geckos, mourning geckos, 3 species of dart frogs and 3 species of killifish, one species of apistograma and just got my first clutch of Halmahera geckos fingers crossed they hatch!
Congratulations. I hope to have my first clutch of created geckos this year. I pray everything goes well. I bought a new incubator. Thank you peace love and respects.
Thanks so much! Wishing you all the best with your clutch as well!
QOTD: I would love to breed rosy boas because there aren't enough of those snakes up here in Canada!
I am trying to decide what to breed. I am new to keeping reptiles but have always rescued box turtles out of the road and taken young garter snakes away from my cats and let them warm up in my breast pocket until they could move swiftly. I want to breed something that needs conserving. I feel the need to make a difference. I loved your videos on the Crocodile skinks. Have you seen that Underground Reptiles is offering a variant of the Red Eyes that have a forked tail. They are calling them Fishtails.
QOTD: i don't breed any reptiles and i don't really want to but i have wanted to get a green tree monitor ever since i seen Sabzi because i have always had a fascination with reptiles but i always fear that if i got a reptile that i would end up having the temperature to hot or cold and they would get sick (if i never get a green tree monitor then a simple milk snake would be really cool to own😊)
Sooooo cute!!!!
QOD I am breeding some epic dragons on dragon mania legends lol but I love to breed crested geckos and garter snakes some day
Great video happy u got babies as for the qod I’d love to breed my rose hair tarantula she was my first tarantula I got
Thank you! That would be awesome!
So as I still live at home the only thing i’ve produced young from (and by Accident😂) is African land snails. But I am an avid invertebrate and reptile lover.
Once I move out I’m hoping to acquire more New Caledonian geckos such as cresties, sarasinorum gecko’s and chameleon geckos etc. i’m unsure what species I want to breed yet as Im still researching and not quite their yet, but As I own a crested gecko I think they’d be a good starting point having had the most experience with owning them.
Invertebrate wise, Im hoping to breed some phiddipus regius☺️
I am currently breeding crested geckos. I am trying to start to produce higher quality geckos. I hope one day I get the chance to breed lily whites. I also bred sea monkeys lol. They just started mating on their own.
Could you go over mutations, How did you know them babies where lily whites?
I just got my baby Lilly White ❤
Ahhhhh yay I have been waiting for this video
Some day I do want to breed Crested Geckos, Red Eyed/White Eyed Crocodile skinks, Chinese Crocodile lizards, & so many more
so beautiful
Thank you!
Hi Dyonne,
Congratulations 🥳 Pingu your babies are beautiful 🤩 just want to say I’m a rescuer not a breeder but I am not against breeding I’m more against people who think reptiles are just throw away pets, I have ball pythons, Leo’s and cresties, but geckos of all kinds hold a special place in my heart ❤️😊🥰🦎
I just found your channel and I love the content! I would love to start keeping a gecko as a pet but don’t know where to start or what to get! Will keep watching these videos! ❤️
Great video
I didn’t get to watch the video last night but this’ll be exciting!!
Thanks!
@@Reptiliatus the babies were amazing!! Congratulations on the new Lilly whites
Beautiful babies! When do you begin feeding them and what will they eat? I'm so happy for you, and am so looking forward to Future hatchings!
I’m not currently breeding any reptiles though I would love to breed my leopard geckos but, I have 5 females and one male who’s about 16 years old now so I’m thinking I’d probably need a younger male to have a good chance now.
I am however having some success breeding some of my fish, my kribensis cichlids are just raising a fresh spawn right after i grew out and rehomed their last brood, as well as that my Congo tetra and pea puffers have also been spawning regularly but alas I can’t collect or even find the eggs before they’re eaten but I’m hopeful to have a few baby puffers appear one day :)
The cresties are looking so pretty and lovely! Can I ask how you can identify a lily white from hatchling?
have you considered adding a little rock/cave to improve the hiding/comfort of the babies?
Cresties don't usually use caves as they're arboreal.
I’d like to breed geckos bc I love all geckos and reptiles and there very cute and fascinating😃
I just started breeding a pair of crested geckos. I have watched your videos and they have helped a ton. Any tips?
I just watched some of you're videos from 12 years ago. U Look so young XD. Do you still have stick insects?
