I tried the Party popper one with an old wig cap instead of a balloon, as we didn't have one available. I definitely recommend it! it worked really well, and uses everyday objects. Making the popper takes less than five minutes, and using pre-colored paper instead of coloring it yourself saves a lot of time. Cutting the paper if it's already colored takes about 5-10 min., depending on how much confetti you want. But it works really well, and ended up getting me extra credit in language arts class. If you want the hilarious backstory, ask in the comments 😂
