I love the crazy sidewalks..... excellent for staying present, paying attention, and uneven surfaces are great for balance, ankle/foot strength, and balance.
Puerto Vallarta Is so awesome , i love those Green lush hills & beaches , its so unique . Im from Los Altos not too far from Guadalajara, its so nice here. People Enjoy life ,you dont need lots of money to do so.🙋🙏☮️🇲🇽
I liked this video a lot. We have lived in Vallarta in the winter for the last ten years and finding your tribe of like- minded people and healthy living are key to a happy life during retirement. I love being able to keep up with developments in PV by watching you two and Audra and Shaun in San Pancho during the 7 months I'm back home. Thankyou for the thoughtful and respectful videos of the beautiful country of Mexico. 0:36 c😅o❤
I loved this video ! We moved to La Paz 2 years ago .We've been home in Vancouver for a visit. And now decide to move back home for a lot of the reasons in this video. Originally wanted to move to Vallarta.,but La Paz was easier for us. Now we are going to be Home mostly in Vancouver and travel Mexico mainly PV in winter a few months.Full time Mexico just did not work for us this point in our life.Thank you so much for this video.
My condolences on the loss of your friend, especially in this manner. It’s always tragic to realize someone is in such a desperate state that they can’t see the possibility of getting through despair to the other side. An important message for people in such a state to reach out for help, and for the rest of us to provide whatever nonjudgmental support we can.
A Belated Happy Birthday, Ada! All very good information and important, thanks for sharing. I love the views from your patio/deck! So sorry, Stefan, about your friend.
Omg my husband and I watched your video, like we always do but I must say I will not forget this one. I’ll be honest, the content was moving and interesting but I can’t get past that tarantula. I’m freaked out! I live not far from you guys Amapas/romantic zone and have never seen one of those and hope please dear lord, I never will. You guys were so calm… I’m freaked out!!!
Ada was a little freaked out, but I think tarantulas aren’t as bad as we were made to believe during Halloween growing up. I clearly remember having a fake rubber one on a rubber band. They do have some heft to them!
Nice to see an active couple here in Vallarta. I moved here 8 years ago and enjoy living above Rio Cuale in the Buenos Aires district. Just now found this video so don't know much more about you. Interested in possible exercise classes you may offer. Thx! Jade
This was a great video, TY. It covered reality. I'm so sorry about your friend taking his life. I have no doubt he is in a better place. I'm not one for change but life seems to continually thrust that upon us. Yes, it can be good, but too difficult for others. On a lighter note, Happy 29th birthday to Ada! 😁. Tarantulas are in So.Cal. Every November, living in Murrieta, I would see them covering the road at night...imagine 100's at once! I've heard that time is their mating month. Along the lines of creepy relocations, Audra will be knocking on your door to have Stefan relocate that crocodile up into the jungle, along a nice river. 🤣. It makes me too nervous having it around Shorty and Smiley. Have a wonderful week and TY for taking me along on your adventures.
@@LivingSimplyinMexico They'd come out mostly at night because of the heat during the day. I got to the point I was comfortable raking them onto my dog's pooper scooper and tossing them over my back fence to an open area. And, I hate spiders! Growing up in Iowa, we had a person from Arizona bring snakes, scorpions and tarantulas to the school as an, I guess, science learning thingy. The man walked around holding a tarantula in his bare hand. I still remember that and it was 50+ years ago.
Really enjoyed this video. Please consider making videos of Houston, as well. I don’t get down from Nacogdoches often but would love to know of restaurants and places to explore!
@@sandiemallan7447 have to say last month was bad, but this month is muuuch better. 😆🤗 look forward to going to colder climates in Mexico someday in the summer for sure!
Are you Virgo Ada? What about Stefan? Always look forward to your vlogs. I always am interested in astrology too. Don't answer me if you don't want to. :)
We have not much of a clue about this, but we put this into Chat GPT for an answer. The disconnect is Stefan can be analytical and Ada can be emotional too 🤗. Here you go: Your combination would be Cancer (for Stefan) and Virgo (for Ada). In astrology, Cancer and Virgo often have a harmonious relationship. Cancer, ruled by the Moon, is intuitive, nurturing, and emotional, while Virgo, ruled by Mercury, is analytical, detail-oriented, and grounded. Together, these signs can complement each other well, with Cancer offering emotional support and understanding, and Virgo providing practical solutions and stability. This pairing often creates a nurturing and balanced dynamic, with Cancer’s empathy blending with Virgo’s practicality. It’s a combination that values loyalty, care, and shared goals, making it ideal for both personal and working relationships, like your UA-cam channel.
Well I have been thinking a home in Mexico would be great UNTIL ... the tarantula! When we have a problem we yell "Call someone! Call someone!" Plumber, electrician, roofer, you name it, we call it. Who do we call for tarantulas?!!! And why is it that 6 legs are not a problem for me, but 2 more legs makes it a BIG problem?
I got a warning when selecting this that this video may have inappropriate content for some viewers. Maybe the mental health stuff? I’ve just never experienced that on UA-cam. So FYI.
Gee... You never ran for cover when the rain started. Weren't you "getting wet" ? lol The 1st time I visited Florida the locals were running from the beach when it rained. Re state of mind You can run from your troubles But they will find you. So end them . The problems, not yourself. My drive to survive is truly quite strong . Luckily (for me) I need few people (tribe) around me. One of my wife's friends chose M.A.I.D. as her inoperable brain tumor got worse and that I can understand. The other I just don't understand. I might add luckily for me. But I do agree if you feel you can no longer cope please talk with someone. There is almost always help and hope if you look for it. P n D

I just relocated to PV permanently from Florida - big leap for me ... Hardy 🙂
Congrats! We know a few ex Floridians in the neighborhood!
Lots of great content in this video! We had a tarantula fry our dishwasher because it got inside and clogged the water pipe.
Oh no! That is crazy.
I loved the photo sequence at the end!
Thanks! We were wondering if anyone made it that far! 🤗

It is a difficult topic for sure as a lot of factors are involved in going down a dark road. Definitely the tribe can help.
