Happy Mother's Day! Thank you for sharing your day with us! I love your long videos! My schooling was always local. I rode a school bus to go to elementary, middle, and highschool. I only got one year in college but it was a local state college. My children went to a local school I drove them to school until I decided to homeschool them. They're all in their 20's now. I have 6 children and one grand-daughter. Where I live, Mother's day is usually to celebrate the mother. My children either give me gifts or spend the day with me. Unfortunately, we cannot always do nothing. Today I am doing laundry 😊. God bless you guys!

Here in the states when I was a kid most kids went to public school which is in each community so we live at home all yr and we start school late August and go all the way to May w some variation. The kids get breaks for weekends and holidays and teacher work days. Best of all though is summer where kids get about 2 1/2 months off during the summer. Now a days it’s a bit different as there are more options for school my son does school at home but follows public school when it comes to days off. When he starts high school he will probably go to private school. Here in the states the children celebrate the mother.

MOTHER'S DAY IIis a day set aside to honor mother's(Father's Day is celebrated a month later). On this day, person's make items, give gifts, cards , flowers...whatever to show their appreciation for the Mom. In may case my son and his Papa cooked fro me today, and gave me cards. For some mothers that may be something that they appreciate. It's as individual as your family. Bottom line, one is showing love to the mother. Hope that helps.
In the USA mother's day is a time to celebrate the mother! I'm a mother of 3 and I still feel strange letting my children make over me because when you raise your children, it's all about them! Ha! Beautiful video!❤ For Mother’s Day we went To church after my husband and youngest son cooked lunch. I also repair clothes with hand sewing and have a sewing machine. It is not common for most people these days. These days people throw the clothes away and buy new or go to a thrift store (used). God bless you
