President Macron of France addressed the UN General Debate on 25th September, he said, "France is in favour of the Security Council being expanded. Germany, Japan, India and Brazil should become permanent members, as well as two countries that Africa would designate to represent it..."

South Africa should not be allowed to represent Africa on the UNSC until it does away with same sex marriages, xenophobia against other Africans, apparent acceptance of Orania and refusal to empower the black population.
