Dear Per-Olov, This piece moved me... I mean, I read your description, and listened to your music, I felt your pain somehow... Thank you sooo much for the beautiful music, first piece of the 2022. Let's hope this year will be a better year! Love and hugs, Y
Thank you dear Y. 3 people say this sounds similar to "Tears in Heaven"... hmmm. I am not sure I can see that... but I give you that the 1st three chords has the same progression... but... 4 million songs has that same chords :-) Yes, the first in 2022. Let's hope there are more from where this came from... Love and hugs, Per-Olov
I really like this one! So I played in public 3 times in December, the first of them the evening we had the funeral for my father -- I drove from the funeral home and played some Christmas carols to some people. One of the people listening lost his brother that week. The following night, I drove to a different place and played again, one of the people listening had lost his wife the previous week. There really is so much pain -- and I realized that by playing for them, I was able to take their minds off things for a bit. Each of the three places I played would like to have me play again -- I told them I have a lot of music -- and next time, I am going to play a lot of Kindgren music. I also played three or four carols for my father in his nursing home before he died. I think I might have mentioned that to you already. In addition to my Christmas carols, I played "Veronica's Christmas Song" -- which has always been special to me. It starts festive, then I feel it turns "dreamy" -- like a child dreaming of Christmas morning. Then it has a triumphant ending -- like running to the tree and seeing the presents on Christmas morning. Anyway, that's the story I made for it and it always helps me when I play it. Whenever I play in public again, "In My Arms" is going to be part of the program. My goodness, that is a fun piece to play. And Latcho Drom -- I do love that piece. And "The Beach" -- which you reminded me to relax and slow down a bit when playing -- I played that in a series of things before a friend's wedding -- she still remembers it, loves the melody. So much awesome Kindgren music -- so little time! Thank you again for all of it. When I share it with others, I know I am in-part, sharing a piece of you as well, as the notes started inside of you --and I am so happy to have these pieces to play! Happy New Year. Hugs from frigid northern Illinois in the U.S.
Dear Darryl. 1st thanks for buying this one. And then I'd like to say thank you for playing my pieces around Illinois. :-) It's nice to know my music is being used. Veronica's Christmas Song means a lot to me. She was a lovely girl. Yes, I know your father passed away. I'm sorry. Life sucks... but then the spring is coming and we all see things in a brighter light. Keep sharing parts of me! Happy New Year and be safe! Per-Olov

My dear Per-Olov, I've been listening to this touching and beautiful melody in a loop today. I am sad and scared at the same time, 4 members of my relatives tested positive from covid a couple of days ago. I'm glad that they only have mild symptoms, still, it's frightening. There's a sudden spike of number from 200 last month to 21k today. And I think it's the same everywhere. So please be careful and please, please - stay safe always. I am praying that this will be over soon. Like you, 'there are days I cry for my loved ones, too.' Sending you hugs and a kiss, sam ❤️
Dearest sam, I am sorry for the situation in your country. It's the same here. Luckily it seems as if Omicron don't make people so ill. More runny nose and sore throat than affecting the lungs. I hope your relatives will soon be well again and that you don't catch it. I am always careful. Please be careful you too. Kiss from a snowy Copenhagen. Per-Olov

Thank you so very much. It’s very kind of you. Sometimes it’s good to get a new perspective on our lives. I did when my guitar friend hurt his hand. My music and guitar is part of who I am. What would I do, what would I be, without it?
Be safe.

Muchas gracias Ricardo.
I do that every day, by hearing other tunes, I can't help it. Today's tunes are comforting. Thank you!
Thanks for listening to me Marie-Francoise.
Beautiful piece, Per! It reminds me of your firs CD too. You know, the world is moving and we are getting older and some of us not so strong as we used to. But the mind goes on for all.... Take care, -- Athan
Thanks Athan. Funny, I was thinking the same regarding my 1st CD... perhaps the world is moving on but I stand perfectly still :-)
Getting older? What. Who? Me? No way! I still feel like 18! minus the goatee :-)
Be safe my friend.

Dear Per-Olov, I send you a big hug, and I wish you and your friends and family all the best . Wonderful composition like always!! Paz, Amor y Alegría para todos en 2022!!!

Dear Per-Olov,
This piece moved me... I mean, I read your description, and listened to your music, I felt your pain somehow... I have a feeling that this piece kind of like the song "Tears in heaven" as both two songs reflect about the sorrow for the lost ones, or the ill people as you said. Thank you sooo much for the beautiful music, first piece of the 2022.
Let's hope this year will be a better year!
Love and hugs,
Y
Thank you dear Y. 3 people say this sounds similar to "Tears in Heaven"... hmmm. I am not sure I can see that... but I give you that the 1st three chords has the same progression... but... 4 million songs has that same chords :-)
Yes, the first in 2022. Let's hope there are more from where this came from...
Love and hugs,
Per-Olov
You just keep getting better! Simply beautiful!
Wow, thank you Peter!
Such a beautiful melody, it touches my heart .
Thanks Beryl!

Ok. I guessed that because it was very weird. Questions you would never ask me. I replied that you should tell me something only you and I knew. no reply. I am sorry. It’s a very bad feeling, huh?

Perfect music meant for the moment!
Thanks a lot!
My dear Per-Olov,
I've been listening to this touching and beautiful melody in a loop today.
Like you, 'there are days I cry for my loved ones, too.'
Sending you hugs and a kiss,
sam ❤️
Dearest sam,
I am sorry for the situation in your country.

Thanks for listening
Happy New Year Per-Olov to you and your family. Another wonderful composition to start off the new year with. I think you will have a very busy time trying to better this one. Your intro and your playing relay the sentiment exactly. I hope your jazz friend will recover enough to play again, I know what it's like this estrangement from ones instrument. My hands are so numb from my treatment I still cannot play and I was doing so well. Still, you provide me with all the inspiration I need so I am sure I will play again. Kindest regards and hugs from a cold Norfolk village.😊
Dear Karen. Happy New Year to you and your loved ones too! Actually you are among those I was referring to in my description. One among many others. I hope you are cured and can think more constructively on what music to play next. :) I can't imagine what you have been through. But I will not cry for you any more: I will smile with you. OK?
Thank you!
Hugs from a wet Copenhagen.
