I got to know Sunil Pal's name through tanmay bhat videos. My whole childhood I referred him as "vo jo Raju Srivastav ke saath rehta hai na. Vo dusra wala." If anything Sunil Pal should thank Tanmay Bhat.
The biggest irony is that, AIB's content actually sheds light on various social issues, esp Honest Indian Weddings or Harassment Through the Ages. Sketches that our 'parivaar' actually needs to see, albeit it being under the garb of slangs. If you make homophobic and sexist jokes Sunil Pal and label it as family friendly, no Indian family would ever progress.
Because it gets weird seeing some of AIB stuff with family, I generally recommend videos to my parents who watch it on their own, they tell me if they don't like it but the point is I find a way to share it because they understand the core message.
Sunil Pal needs to understand two things: 1. Generation Gap. 2. There's always going to be someone better than you and you'll have to deal with it. just because you don't get more audience (because your content is outdated) doesn't mean that you start hate speech against those who are getting more audience.
One great example is... if you are up to date with minecraft community. Technoblade vs Dream. There Techno is like sunil and dream is like Tanmay. Techno was hero of his time but dream, a new generation came. Then Techno was unable to control his anger because dream surpassed him with his viewer and large community. And then Techno started a controversy. Many of the people will think I am talking garbage... but that was a world to me

Honestly, Sunil Pal kinda "humour" has been dead for pretty long now. People prefer witty humour now. Just acting with weird body language and making weird puns is such a primitive way to humour people. People generally have become more intelligent and so has their kinda humour changed with that.

Look at mr bean, charlie chaplin etc. people still find those funny, its not the problem with genre, its the problem with this person himself.
