Gonna break character here to explain. Speaking solely of the algorithm here, it is actually a GREAT way to attract viewership. I've done testing on this a variety of times, videos where I am more negative attract more attention and viewership, and afterwards I have a surge of viewership, comments, and subscriptions for the next few days. It is statistically better to play up being angry and negative than it is to be solely positive or neutral. I'll be honest, I do get upset at DBD, and it's playerbase. I think that toxicity is far too rampant and severely harms the image of the community and makes it harder for people to want to get into the game because of it. However, I do truly love the game, and the fun interactions I have with people make it entirely worth it.
