If there was the chance some of his original genes survived (who knows, maybe some lost blood samples used by medical staff), he would certainly be one of the top candidates. There would be mandalorian trainer most likely, though, but if they preserved at least part of Jace's personality (even as much as the cloners tried to wipe it), and a decimal part of Jace's certified Balls of Steel, the Clone Wars would be done in less than an year. Just imagine a full squadron of clones moshpitting Count Dooku, or punching Grievious' helm till it got twisted and mangled with some disgusting pulp running trough the cracks, or getting shot and hit by explosives and STILL STAND. And who knows, maybe the Jace-clones 501th would punch some sense on Anakin, and igore order 66 since it goes against the well being of a safe Republic with the guidance of the Jedi (this one is a bit more doubtful. But Jace respecting the jedi- and banging one that would lead them- could be a forgoten or impossible to remove trait that persisted on the DNA)

They look advanced sure but technology ages slowly in the universe. If I recall, the first lightsabers were created with power cables due to tech in that era. Eventually they were replaced with the ones we see today

Imagine not being force sensitive and you charge Darth Malgus head on while trucking through sith left and right, only to be stopped by a very powerful force ability. Then when you wake up you truck Malgus this time and shove a thermal detonator down his throat. Then after victorious, slam a hot ass Jedi. Absolute legend.
So what you're saying is that he didn't really have anything that made him, specifically, skilled or equipped to take a sith lord head on. Just a knife, a grenade, an obscene amount of luck, and a touch of madness. Seems legit.
lets be honest here, clones were facing up against millions of droids in a battle, they did not show this in the clone wars because it would be too expensive to animate, and because for the droids It does not matter how many of them die because there are allways more, and the sith during the old republic were pretty trash compared to the sith of the clone wars, they were hectic times so sith training would be rushed in order to get the sith to the battlefield
You didn't read SWTOR Annihilation? You could add more to this vid about his professional relationship with Satele over the years and his eventual discovery of Theron's existence. Its one of the aspect that I found him intriguing. Iokath certainly more than spoilerly enough but I like that he was driven with hatred against the Sith Empire which is what Satele have been warning him against. There's additional codex entries about his eventual relationship with Theron which lead to both of them having major disagreement and Theron's decision to build the Alliance with Lana.
Can you tell me more about the realitionship between Satele and Jace after they broke up and Satele gave their son to her former master? What did Jace do? And why did they left each other exactly? It's pretty ambiguous to me.

I played SWTOR as a trooper, and I had no idea this guy existed. I made it to level 48 or so, so maybe he was just out of my story's reach. What a total badass tho
I feel like the main reason why the technology seems to have regressed is because Lucas Arts started star wars during the reign of the empire and during that time they didn’t have that many practical effects and didn’t imagine Star Wars to be as big as it is today. So as they went and filled in the timeline the technology seems to have gotten better since they had a bigger budget and overall computer graphics and CGI got better over time.
Literally the only Republic Trooper I know that has the massive balls of adamantium that ran toward a Sith Lord with nothing but a knife. I don’t think even Captain Rex or Commander Cody could do something like that.
Sith were a common threat during the time, these troopers were equipped and trained to handle them. Besides, Malgus isn't much of a force lightning user unlike Palpatine who uses it almost all the time so it isn't as dangerous but still strong enough to incapacitate a none force sensitive user like James.

I feel like the main reason why the technology seems to have regressed is because Lucas Arts started star wars during the reign of the empire and during that time they didn’t have that many practical effects and didn’t imagine Star Wars to be as big as it is today. So as they went and filled in the timeline the technology seems to have gotten better since they had a bigger budget and overall computer graphics and CGI got better over time.
Literally the only Republic Trooper I know that has the massive balls of adamantium that ran toward a Sith Lord with nothing but a knife. I don’t think even Captain Rex or Commander Cody could do something like that.

Besides, Malgus isn't much of a force lightning user unlike Palpatine who uses it almost all the time so it isn't as dangerous but still strong enough to incapacitate a none force sensitive user like James.
