i'm a photography student at my high school and out of all the different styles and techniques i have tried, i will never try underwater photography. it is so difficult for both the models and the photographer. you seriously need a special talent and eye to photograph models underwater. it's also very difficult for the models since they have to control their body super well, and it's even harder when you're trying to photograph 2 models. everything has to be in the right place at the right time and it is very difficult to get THE shot. in conclusion, sleep on a bed. stop sleeping on a.c.e.

i can only imagine how heavy the outfits got with the multiple layers and being water logged. even if they used light material it would still weigh down after a while. i have so much respect for everything that went into these pictures and the whole shoot. The amount of unusable shots that must have went into getting the perfect one. if something looked messy, an important element was covered by something. if something floated in a way that looked more messy than graceful, a face that's not quite turned to the camera enough. I will worship these photos till the day i die, the amount of effort that went into them is amazing.
Bruhhh underwater photoshoots are EXTREMELY hard even for full time models to pull off, and this concept and photos are the most beautiful shit I've ever seen in my life like...how are they so talented?!? I cant relate i- *takes a cold shower
when i showed this to my friend she said “omg this painting looks so real” then i explained to her that those are actual pictures and she said “THEY ARE REAL PEOPLE” when i showed junhee and yuchan she was so amazed by their visual and she said that was the most beautiful photos she has ever seen (same) , now next step is showing her this video
Guys. These guys are musicians. They are NOT professional models. The fact that they attempted to do this very difficult form of photography and absolutely finessed it is a testament to their own skill and the sheer brilliance of their photography team. As someone who’s been following and keeping an eye on kpop groups and artists for 13 years. Never in my life have I witnessed such beautiful photos in my life. My heart skipped a beat when I read that. That would be perfection. They definitely need their own series, and honestly another completely underrated group that needs to release a movie based on their comeback concept is Oneus. For anyone who isn't familiar you should go watch come back home and to be or not to be and tell me that wouldn't make a great movie. I'd go see it in the theater. It sucks when there is sort of one group that is universally known and I'm not saying anything bad about them at all... We all know who we're talking about and you have these insanely talented groups that because anyone who ever thinks of K-pop thinks of the other group and they don't get the attention and love that they deserve. I know two of them right now that are just killing it. I mean ACE and Oneus are pretty much my favorite groups in K-pop although I love NCT and All it's subunits including WayV and Super M. But honestly when I wake up the first thing that's on my playlist is, well... currently it's favorite boys and that's the the very top of my playlist and usually when I'm falling asleep it's ACE as well. These guys are so talented and so hard-working I just know they're about to take off into the stratosphere.

And they managed to do underwater shoots again. My natural instinct would to close my eyes or plug my nose, I hate it when the pressure leads to water getting into my nostrils. But they are fully clothed, floating around to get good shots. And the end product was beautiful. I know they are in hiatus for now, due to them being in service but I still look at their past shoots and videos and just be in awe. They’re so likable and ooze talent. It showed from the start. Amazing job from everyone involved. Set design, to lighting and costumes. It was done so well, came out stunning. I wish them continued success and happiness.
This shoot is so beautiful, A.C.E are in a different league. Also gonna go out on a limb here and say that shooting underwater is way more challenging than, well, not underwater - so mad respect to JunChan for their professionalism. And props to the creative team behind this beauty!

I thought it was a shot from some manga with them! the photos look like they were not taken in this world, they are unreal. the one or those who took these photos are a true genius.
all their hardwork for this shoot payed off. it left us breathless and it also went viral. honestly, i've never been so shocked and so amazed in seeing any group's concept photos. i would always just be "omg that's so beautiful/cool/pretty/great" but the moment the underwater pics dropped, i was left SPEECHLESS. literally blowned away, i shed tears because it's so beautiful it's overwhelming. no photo has touched me so much. i really wanna commend junchan for their great work. they did so so well and i'm really proud.

I am a professional photographer and I always notice the lighting. This photoshoot was absolutely stunning and the final images are so incredible. Jun and Chan deserve huge accolades for being so relaxed and modelesque through this dangerous and difficult shoot. I am in awe. Kudos to the photographer too.

You might have felt that way because of the lights they had. I too, honestly wanted the light to resemble sunlight, but I guess the photo editor decided that the image would look much better leaving it the way it was. And it’s also likely because they wanted to have the people pay more attention to the color of their clothes than their faces. It’s honestly satisfying that the red and blue just pops out in the images they had 😊
The photos were absolutely stunning when I first saw them but now that I know how much effort went into it and how hard it must have been for Jun and Chan to stay underwater for so long, I love them even more.

honestly they're so ethereal i love A.C.E. so much !! the only thing i didn't like about these photos was how pale they made the members look but oh well :) still some of the best concept photos ever in all of kpop
You might have felt that way because of the lights they had. I too, honestly wanted the light to resemble sunlight, but I guess the photo editor decided that the image would look much better leaving it the way it was. And it’s also likely because they wanted to have the people pay more attention to the color of their clothes than their faces. It’s honestly satisfying that the red and blue just pops out in the images they had 😊
The photos were absolutely stunning when I first saw them but now that I know how much effort went into it and how hard it must have been for Jun and Chan to stay underwater for so long, I love them even more.

Yes. Chan, the one in red, the maknae has a fear of water. He said he slightly got over it but you can tell he's still a bit affected by it if you watch the video.
