    Ingredients:
    To cook fish:
    Water - 1 cup
    Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
    Salt - 1 tsp
    Seer fish - 250 gms
    To make fish balls-
    Oil
    Garlic chopped - 1 tsp
    Ginger chopped - 1 tsp
    Onion chopped - 1
    Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
    Slat - 1/2 tsp
    Pepper
    Potato boiled & mashed - 1
    Corn flour - 2tbsp
    Bread crumbs
    Mayo
    Methods:
    In a saucepan add 1 cup of water
    Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    Add 1 tsp of salt and mix well
    Now add the fish pieces
    Cook the fish for about 10 mins
    Remove the fish pieces from water and let it cool
    Shred the fish pieces into smaller pieces and remove the bones
    Heat a pan with some oil, add 1 tsp of garlic, 1 tsp of ginger, 1 onion chopped and saute it
    Add the fish pieces and saute
    Add 1 tsp of red chili flakes, 1/2 tsp of salt, some pepper and mix well
    Add 1 boiled and mashed potato
    Finally add coriander leaves and mix well
    Keep this aside and let it cool a bit
    In a bowl, add 2 tbsp of cornflour, gradually add water and mix well
    Take some bread crumbs to coat the fish balls
    Make small balls from the fish mixture
    Dip it into the cornflour batter and dip it into the bread crumbs and roll it well
    Heat some oil for deep frying
    Add the fish balls and deep fry them till they are golden brown in color
    Serve them hot with ketchup or mayo
