I only use UA-cam. I'm a disabled Army and Air Force vetera. After 24 years my brain and body cannot take it anymore. I was medically retired from the Fed Govt 3 years ago after working for the same OIG agency.
Anyway, your videos and the pictures can really relax me. It's nice to not have my mind racing, adrenaline on overdrive. Sudden noises. I used to love the 4th of July. Not anymore, because I get triggered and my family or doctor will make a decision of how to help me at that moment. I'm not crazy, and I avoid people who aren't in my close circle.

A comfortable looking bed and the bedroom is very cozy with lit candles
and rain falling outside and you have all of those pillows for your head to
reat upon and thick warm blankets but since it is warm outside even if it's
raining and you lay back and you read for a bit and within two minutes you
are dozing off and before you go to sleep g'night y'all.
