Your dog would no doubt fit on it. The L shape bit is 128cm wide. So when the bed is fully out it the sleep-able area is just shy of a standard double. My girlfriend and I usually sleep it is pretty happily together.
Hi Jamie, great video. Quick question: What thickness of wood do you use? In every van build on UA-cam nothing is said about this and this cannot be properly estimated from the videos
Oooo that’s a good question. Which section were you wondering about? All my big structures like the bed were mostly built with 44x44mm or 27x44mm Anything load bearing like the bed was the 44x44mm.
As always if you have any questions let me know in the comments. I’m always happy to answer.
Great video!
Thank you
Nice!
Thank you
Looks great, how wide(front to back) is the L solid piece, above the wood crates, wondering if my dog would fit on it whilst sleeping

@jamieoutdoors Hi Jamie, I meant the frame of the cupboards at timestamp 2:35
I assume this is 27x44mm?
@@hansblommers6088yes it’s 27x44mm.
@@jamieoutdoors Thanks Jamie, have a nice evening. 👍
@@hansblommers6088 hope your van build goes well!
