So there MUST had been a contract back in the day where she couldn't display her singing skills. She would never show it leaving rumors that she is a backup singer. I kniw i am not the only one remembering this. I love Kelly Rowland
Kelly did show off her singing skills in DC just like Michelle. Beyonce just had the more powerful voice and had the more marketable look at the time. And Kelly has had a solo career for decades, after leaving DC, and has been showing-off her vocal skills.
