New to candles…… watched a ton of videos. I love you videos because you don’t feel bought and paid for. Your feedback is genuine and real. I trust your thoughts and feedback. It’s like having a friend in the business that you can trust. Thank you .
Glad you enjoy these videos!
If you want to know, the Palo Santo from Midwest soaps great and it's stable for nearly 3 months now. I'm in love.
I love watching your descriptions on oils, it's fun, you give great details and when I've ordered them I totally get it ❤
I love your reviews of fragrance oils. I especially find it funny when you whack your nose with the test strip!
I’m so bummed I didn’t see this a day ago! I just ordered all these FO except the redwoods and the palo Santo ones and now I wish I had!!
Aww, oh no!!! Well, I overall enjoyed almost all of this launch.
I love your honesty! Thank you so much!
Here for ya!
You are sooo good at this! These oils are coming this Friday, I can’t wait!❤
Excited for you, Paula. This was a solid launch.
Omg I need to rewatch this video . Your descriptions are to die for! Thank you

Glad you enjoyed, Andrea.
Awesome review! I will definitely check them out! My favorite vanilla is from stone candles!!! ❤
Oooh nice! What’s it called if you don’t mind sharing? I enjoy their Nutmeg Vanilla.
thank you for your honest review!!
Always!
Thanks! I love the fragrance review videos.
Glad you enjoyed!
Ooh I’m excited for sweet vanilla caramel! Love your reviews ❤

Glad you enjoyed this one, Lena.
I love the Palo Santos from Little Bee and Scent Memory!
Thanks for sharing!
Can’t waiit!!!!
hope ya enjoyed!
I'm obsessed with this Palo santo, closest I've smelled, I held it next to my actual stick of Palo and it's super close to the unburned scent. Lovely fragrance
That’s great!! How is the hot throw?
It is good at 2 weeks but stronger as it sits longer, I really love it
You betta describe that Wild Honeysuckle! 😂 Now you knoooow I have to buy it now! I think I may try Velvet Vanilla or honestly try them all in samples too. ❤
Thanks always, need more videos lol ❤️
It's so good.. if you don't have Honeysuckle Jasmine, I'd probably go for the Wild Honeysuckle just because it has a little more nectar to it.
I always love your reviews! If you haven't tried Lavender & Honey from Deep South Fragrances, you are really missing out! It's my new favorite lavender scent! Customers are going crazy for it!
Thanks for sharing!!
Velvet Vanilla sounds WONDERFUL for a valentines fragrance. Do you know how well Valentines day candles tend to do? Thanks for the insight on these wonderful fragrances, Allen ! :D
I haven’t actually done Valentine’s Day candles in a traditional sense but I did so a candle called “February Song” one year that was about self-love and growth which was a February limited edition and it did very well.
@@earthglowsorry for the late reply I just saw this rewatching the video to help me decide lol, thank you !😁
Would love to know what you think when you test with wood wicks! Great video, had to order your favs! ❤️
Thanks for watching. Glad you enjoyed!
Hi Alan, did you ever find a blackberry that you like? I've tried about 5 now but they all remind me of children's scented markers. I didn't want to, but I ended up ordering some blackberry dessert type fragrances because that's the only way I could see the scent actually working. Was really hoping to find a fresh, realistic berry scent.
Hi there! Not really. NG Blackberry Sage is probably my favorite but it has phthalates….
I was just thinking what you said about other companies, when you said that 😂
Love your reviews! I know everyone has a different scent palette but I really look forward to your reviews and often times order fragrances based off of your favorites when you’re rating them! Do you think the velvet vanilla would need to be blended with something or do you think it could stand on its own with a strong hot throw for a candle and melts?
Glad you enjoyed! I’d have to test it in wax to be able to even attempt to provide my opinion on that question.
Yay .. 🥰
Thanks.Would be nice to know your fav.CS oils with the strongest cold and HT
Great suggestion!
Allen, have you ever tried Palo Santo from Whole Sales Supplies? It's not made for CP soap though. I'm going to try it.
Nice! I have not tried this oil.
Have you tried the Palo Santo and Sage from Makesy? How does it compare with CS? Thank you for all you do.
I have and I do enjoy this oil as a blender but am still looking for a strong Palo santo as a stand alone.
Always look soooo forward to your fragrance videos...this video reminded me to ask, I am looking for a true cedar scent. Can you help pleaseeeee?
Hmmm… do you mean like the essential oil? I love Palo Santo by Midwest for a good cedar scent but HT can be kinda light on its own.
A fragrance oil for candlemaking ...it is a request from my son but I just haven't had luck finding a true cedar scent. Thank you so much for your advice:) @@earthglow
@@jenafuller7135 Yea, I’d go with Palo Santo by Midwest but may need to blend it with some something.
Hey Allen! I know you said you do NOT like the new midnight blackberry oil as it smells too immature OOB. I am curious if you ended up trying it in a candle to test it? The reviews are that once in wax, the scent is totally different from the fruit forward sweet scent that hits OOB. Apparently once in a candle it smells more like champagne and pine, and less fruity sweet. Candle science is having a 50% off 1oz bottles right now so I think I will give that one a try and see what the finished candle is like. Thanks again for your review on the new scents! I am Definitely getting the velvet vanilla FO! Vanilla is my all-time favorite.
I have not tried this one in a candle-- I actually passed this oil on to one of my soaper friends who really liked it. Let me know what you think of it if you end up trying it out.
Still waiting for your Simbi review!
Tell ‘em to send me some oils and I’d be happy to.
Allen, would you prefer MW Palo Santo over the CS one? Running low on MW Palo Santo, rather paying for shipping for just one oil want to combine CS Palo Santo with holiday oils. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated ❤
They’re about the same honestly. Both a little lighter than I’d like and probably blenders.

Hi, I have a question. You mentioned about having to wick up because the oil was viscous. Could you expand on that, I want to understand what that means.
Oftentimes, thicker oils require wicking up but this not always the case. Hope that helps!
Got it. Makes sense. I have just been having such a difficult time with HT and wicking to get that HT. My scents are all blended, my melts are great but learning candles has been very defeating. I have so many different wick series and maybe that is the problem lol. I am at a point where if I can’t get good HT from a blend then I just won’t use that blend and move on.
Have you tried the studio fragrance palo Santo?
Nope! Is it good?
For me it's my favorite of all I've tried thus far. I get what your saying with mid West that one is a good one but faint for me but still my second favorite. The one porter is my third maybe but by far studio stood out for me.
Did you try Little Bee Scents Palo Santo?
Nope! I have not.
Love yr face when you wack yr nose. Thanks for this video. I would like to ask you about a great woody scent. I’m looking for a strong bonfire scent. I tried bonfire but I thought it was to light. Do you suggest mixing it with something else? Let me know yr thoughts. Thanks
I love Fireside by Flaming Candle but again… kinda light. Love Smoked Oud by candlescience and I find the hot throw is better one this but I wouldn’t call it outstanding HT.
I’d absolutely recommend blending but it really depends what you’re going for. There’s no right or wrong. Get yourself some blotter strips and remember that the only wrong way is to not try it yourself!
Blown away by one of them?! Was it the palo santo one?! Hahaha!
So intrigued to know what you think of it as I know you love and adore palo santo.
Excited to watch it! ❤
I was wrong! Hahaha! Go watch it if you want to know what Earthglow's fave from this collection! 😌♥️
nope! not palo santo and sandalwood but i did enjoy it.
