Hi Filip, you're welcome, thank you for dropping by. Arkwright board game is pretty brutal too. Food Chain Magnate yes. Brick and Mortal is great, but not that brutal. Cuba has some economic part, but although the game is pretty brutal, the economic part isnt to much, and isn't too brutal. Howabout Indonesia, another Splotter game, but more than 2 players - a lot of economic game is better more than 2 players. Sorry not helping much haha.
As a side step from Euros brutal and economic….. consider some 18xx games, depending on player count 1830 is supposed to provide that. 1846 is perhaps less brutal but accessible and available readily. In fact there’s loads. Give the a look. I was pleasantly surprised by 18xx. Very enjoyable and interesting.
