Harry this is a tip right instead of diving into a tackle hold l2 to jockey and you can hold the other player but if you fell the opponent is getting away from you hold l2 to jockey and r2 to sprint and you can do both for defence this should help and try to time or tackle or jockey into your opponent so your ai does an automatic tackle
