swaygfx I agree one hundred percent. We have a school system that does not include everyone in terms of their strengths. Our children would absolutely excel in this area. At times we can be too eager to label someone, put them in special education, or call them operation defiant etc. They are simply bored and have interest in other areas that need to be further developed. At minimum provide new testing that includes their learning styles, audio, my mind fails me however there are a couple more. The premise behind it however considers or suggests we all learn differently. I benefit by listening with applied applications. I need and example. Moving forward also gauge their interest then do a complete overhaul of curriculum. I mentioned in a prior comment about having Will I am on with Lonnie Love of the Real, she has a degree in engineering and has mentioned the “ Stem program”. My thoughts are if they would first have a dialogue about his content he shared today I can see them with others actually developing a forum and with others interested and come up with some amazing programs that our children, young adults, incarcerated geniuses etc. with vision, I’m more than sure our community will “ lean forward” and buy in. It allows for us all to assimilate to the greater community. It’s the outliers that actually push the margins that allow us all to again collectively as a group. We simply see it operate in real-time with the onset of social media and mass communication at large. This interview was painful to watch. They had no idea what he was talking about most of the time, and Charlemagne was even resorting to conspiracy theories trying to keep up. This is the gist of what he was saying: the world is becoming more automated, and we are not designing the algorithms that are going to affect us in the future.
When a computer system denies a black person with excellent credit a small business loan, the algorithm that makes the decision remains a black box, and its creator definitely created it by seriously taking his or her own biases into consideration as if they were valid insights. Let's say that the person who created the algorithm is a white male in his 20s or 30s who grew up in an upper middle class neighborhood, what does he know about the experience of a 50-year-old black entrepreneur who grew up in one of America's worse inner cities? The algorithm creator will probably probably feed it data of the default rates of people of certain backgrounds, but is it fair?
When he talked about robots having more rights than people, what he was saying was that robots such as self-driving cars will be programmed to prioritize some lives over others, or even themselves in some instances. What if a self-driving car is carrying Barack Obama, Jeff Bezos, Michael Jordan, or Elon Musk and gets into a situation where it has two options: kill the accomplished passenger on board or run over a few people who haven't accomplished as much. From a utilitarian perspective, should the car kill the accomplished passenger on board or the few people who are not as accomplished?
AI is going to affect our community more. We're not getting the tech skills, and we're not learning about things like AI, big data, etc.

I have soooooo many questions! BC drop the ball with this interview and I'm so thankful Will was able to still get his point across. I really hope CTG and Angela can get pass that Gucci shit and really get back to work with the synergy we're use to.
There was clearly no prep to have real questions. No one ask about his experiences at Intel, Beatsbydre, or congratulated him on building his own damn AI and partnering with IBM (possible stock options). The man is a serious producer and I'm not talking about music. It's sad that he is not revered as he should be.
