Thank you for the inspiration and demonstration of using the tools expressively. Now I know exactly how to tackle painting an old abandoned farmhouse covered in tree brambles. I took a photo of the house a few years ago and painted it once but not to my satisfaction. I'll be happily splattering away and using my hake and Chinese brushes for my renewed energy to repaint that photo.

You are slowly drawing me into the watercolor snare Ken. My wife and I just watched this one. Lovely, lovely, lovely! And how you watercolorist get away with spattering and it looks wonderful! If I did that in oil, it would just look like a mess!
What thinking went into the angled trees on the left? That's the kind of thing I never would have even thought of doing.
Will you be offering any more videos with your pleasing commentary?
    Thank you very much.

Wonderful. I’m not that brave to throw those paints on there like you just demonstrated. 😊

Lots of water. Juicy paints. Big brushes. Throwing and spattering paint around. Expressive brush marks. Just my thing. I really like this and the other videos you have released of late. Watercolor is just the perfect medium to paint in this loose and expressive way.
