Eh, opinions. I love the podcast, but there are definitely some points that I don't agree on, the stuff they were hating on being one of them. For the most part, I think shows can be allowed to not be too good starting out, cause some things just need to get a feel for where they want to go and grow into their own. Despite that, it certainly doesn't stop me from thinking the guys are fuckin' hilarious and tuning in for every podcast.
Right as they started talking about the fact that the Minions must have served Hitler at one point, I Googled "Minions Hitler" to see what would come up, and the first result happened to be the thing Cory was talking about, the little kids in the outfits. He sounds crazy with no context or visual aid, but trust me it's really fucking weird if you see it for yourself.
They're certainly right about Adventure Time and 'Awesome XD' culture. When characters go around unironically spouting 'Mathematical' in place of 'Tubular' or similar shit, you don't laugh, you cringe.
I only watch this series while mowing the lawn. I'm breaking my rule, deep into fall with no lawn to mow. Inching closer to the end of this amazing series fills me with anxiety; for what will I listen to come spring? I really love the atmosphere and banter, from the sleepycast and sleepy crew respectively. I really wish they would bring back OSNG and current cast together to just banter about in the new present.

I fucking loved Zombie Island, coolest concept, fucking creepy, basically a horror movie for children. I always thought the zombies' faces where fucking scary to look at, it felt as if they looked into your soul, their eye color, wrinkly skin, cat transformations always got me as well.
They proved an African grey parrot understood language by substituting words/making new words to describe stuff it hadn't seen before and was not taught what it was.
I was close minded about it because the character Clarence seemed so obnoxious and annoying (which was still true sometimes) but my brother showed me and it was really good.
