Rather of relying on penny stocks, I wish to diversify my assets by investing in ETFs/index funds/mutual funds and stocks of corporations with stable cash flows. I received 350k from the selling of my El-Paso property. What should I do?
Right, a lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their emotions, no offense. The S&P 500, if one sticks with it, outpaces inflation by many percentage points. I personally don't care about the inflation. I just want my money to keep outgrowing the inflation rate. That is why I'm looking for companies now to put in $80k for a start. Just don't know how to proceed
The rules are simple. Chose quality stocks and follow them up. If you're not one for such complexities, hire a wealth manager to grow your money. I use the latter. Pulled in more than $46k in the last two months alone.

HDFC and Uniliver have negative returns for last one year. Even if we consider the price change from 2019 it’s hardly 30-35%, comparing to a mutual fund it’s very low. Mutual funds like Nippon India Small Cap and Invesco India Infrastructure have a CAGR of 60-75% in a year.
But Akshat, Tata Motors PE is just 10-11 now and the industry PE is around 25. Also, they will become debt free by FY 2025. So, Tata Motors is definitely a buy on dips stock. Also remember that, Tata power is building the EV charging infrastructure in India !!
He actually missed Auto sector rally and now trying to create different thoughts. He does not tell that Tata Motors was at good level before coming to 200 or 300. Most of his stocks are showing red in everyone portfolio. See HDFC, IDFC First, Kotak and Bandhan Bank(Crashed) he suggested. Even the Delta Corp that he made video every week, completely crashed. 🤣 You know renewable was drama for him few months before but he bought Sterling and Wilson and got 50% profits if he still holds it.
Every mutual fund in the market and even nifty 50 index has beaten his stock recommendations since last 2 years. Be careful before you blindly listen to his theory.
The home I purchased in 2023 has appreciated by $60,000 since my acquisition. However, the downside is the diminishing value of the dollar. I am currently contemplating strategies to reinvest $300,000 in the real estate market.
Portfolio diversification is encouraged in the investment plane. If I were to suggest I'd say you need to get a financial expert to assist you with the best options.
SBI seems a better bet than HDFC Bank as there are some concerns on the merger of HDFC with HDFC Bank. There is no doubt about IDFC First Bank turning into a world class bank in the future. Also Jio will take time to grow its businesses and it currently looks very expensive without any concrete business model in place. HUL despite its strong brands may lose market share to the new digital brands flooding the market in almost every category in the personal care space. Among these picks I would only bet on IDFC first Bank generating 15% CAGR in next 10 years.
Akshay u are missing a big rational here as Charging setup comes with a bonus for highway dhabas and eateries of increased footfall. As charging takes time fo say about 50mins so mostly user plan there journey accordingly they drive 200+/- km and stop at a dhaba with charging station take a tea/food break charge the car and leave. Charging stations work as incentives for restaurants and dhabas . And 1 charger 22kw comes at a cost of 4lakhs thats it space is not a problem for the dhabas/restaurant at highways. I have driven 30k kms in a year and now don't face range anxiety. I live in teir 3 town.
@@FireNFights Yes Sir. Hope you have seen last 5 years returns of HUL and its corresponding profit growth as well. It is not able to beat even large cap mutual fund cagr. My take on EVs 1. As much as they tout it to be, ev is not truly environment friendly. The batteries are still charged with conventional power sources. No proper regulation on the re-use or disposal of the batteries 2. The cost of batteries are coming down for now and so will the price of evs. The same car would cost a lot less in 3 years than it is currently. Why would someone spend a premium knowing the resale value will be much lesser than the conventional power train vehicles 3. China controls more than 60% of the production and supply chain of the Lithium battery. The geopolitical situation can change adversely for the rest of the world 4. Not a practical solution for long route trucks and CVs. They would take the hydrogen fuel cell route which is making good progress 5. The ecosystem is highly capital intensive. Already sodium ion batteries are in the market. 6. Too many players. The government needs to have protectionist policy to limit new entrants. Even then the Indian companies will take a big hit in the international markets for their subsidiaries (Jaguar, LR) 7. Hybrid is a much better alternative currently, where Toyota and Suzuki and investing heavily. Tata and Mahindra are not taking that route. If they do, they have to source engines from outside or take a huge r&d hit.
Blah blah and blah. Typical Indian criticizer. Just analysis analysis. Apart from just fuel no engine oil used. Majority users and myself use solar systems at home their 2 their 3 cities. In the last 1 yr I almost saved 2+lakhs on fuel so waiting and getting cheaper ev in future don't make any concession for the current buyer. Pretty practical low on maintenance. Daily commuters like govt officials teachers , engineers and doctors use them to go rural posting and back home by evening. Put it on charge at night. I don't see why they won't be becoming more popular. Unless we try we won't have a proper answer ev's and multiple kinds of other fuel type vehicles all will co-exist as per usage of the people of different categories.

I disagree to few points, but overall I owe akshat a lot that my eyes to understand investment and work on myself There are a few youtubers who have motivated me to work in the right direction and akshat is one of them So thanks to him ☺️
Great Video, Akshat is definitely one of the best traders I have ever seen. All the best brother, i know a trader , Zoeller, she's just like you, she help individuals on earning massively on the market.
Hi Akshat , first of all it's great to go through any of your videos as its so much knowledge at free cost so thanks for that. Regarding your point for EV infrastructure creation i had some comments of my own : Adding EV stations at current Petrol pump infrastructure a) how that is not data backed b) The total distance that can be covered for petrol / Diesel vs EV is different and hence unsuitable to just replecate c) Highway infrastructure creation being difficult - To all these 3 points I feel that for urban cities where petrol pump density is high data backing up or total distance to be covered might not be too much relevant because if the density of EV pumps in a locality is high the availability will be high. - Rather a bigger issue could be the TAT per user could be very high leading to a lot of commotion and stress on the pump . - Also currently I feel people buying EV's are careful and not very pro for a highway journey from EV's they are rather planning their trips and economics of buying basis their daily km consumption. EX - factory owner with daily km consumption of 150 km where the charging is majorly done at home. - Is home charging a substitute for major chunk for the need of creating a proper public infrastructure and its impact on probable demand is something I can't assess right now but your views on the same would be helpful . Moreover , TATA motors q4 numbers have been best in class in terms of their revenues , pat etc. The only red flag being the company's forecast on their demand for first 6 months in fy 25. Rather EV is the only optimistic bet as a growth bet. Current Market share is about 70% for the Indian EV segment because of which I feel even with a increase in compition the absolute number would be still better even with a depleted market share given the industry will also grow. Most importantly as your correctly pointed out Ev is a minority play in total revenues of TATA motors and although the narrative for the stock has been ev the real value or the risk associated with EV is not that high.
Hi Akshat, Please throw more light on the NIFTY valuations. Why is not overvalued or under valued? What is the right level/valuation for NIFTY in your opinion. Please add few lines of commentary, if not possible to elaborate. Thanks.
A new business strategy played by Akshat is that he will complete 75% of the topics that he mentioned when staring at the video, and the remaining 30% of the topics he says he will discuss in my [$Private] community.
Regarding Tata motors I think you are wrong. They have thrir own Tata power for charging arrangements, also even Battery can go up to 400,500 Km.Moreover all jaguar and Land Rover cars will be E V in future , so Tata will make huge profits.I think Tatas are more wise than most of us, who are investing enormous amount of money. Please take it positively.
One important point to consider is that from APRIL 2021, The PE ratios of companies were to be calculated on the basis of consolidated earnings as opposed to Standalone earnings which was the norm previously. I might be wrong.
Regarding HDFC Bank, Indian economy has potential to grow 3-4 times considering its size as compared to China or USA.. so HDFC should also grow if its a good stock..
Instead of all these thakey huae, retail overowned stocks, buy Psu stocks which are available at PE of range 4-10, and still paying 3-6% annual dividend yield. Proper accumulation of such highly safe, cheap and dividend paying stock(with divestment potential someday by GOI) will take care of all your annual expenses and grow the capital by the time one approaches/ thinks of retirement. They are cheap now to buy and even accumulate / bulk buy more when market crashes.
With due respect I completely disagree with Tata Motors analysis. First of all it's price will move up irrespective of EV success because the stock is trading at just 17 PE compared to Maruti which is at 33 PE and is not in the EV space anywhere. So EV is not an issue at all here. Second is the net debt coming to zero next year. Third is the improving performance of jaguar and pv business. All these will increase profit as well as PE will expand. This will be at 2000 rupees in the next few years.
5% annual return is easily thrown out there for illustrative purposes, but not so easy to achieve! Where do i put $500k cash reserve to keep cash safe for next 4 years? My concern is insolvency
I think you're better off with majority investment in S&P500 and uprising equities in view of retirement cos they always outperform. Alternatively speaking to a certified market strategist can help with pointers on equities to acquire
I think the the other way around should be the way to go. If something you know is gonna double in lesser time should have lumpsum investment and the classics should be SIP. that way you can increase your porfolio size as well as the firmly rooted scripts will provide stability thogths?
To cut the long story short, you are legend, your views and stocks match my portfolio and my thought process I love ceo of idfc first bank, he us a serial stock giver
Patanjali will be out of the picture. Tata consumer can offer competition. Mama Earth spends a lot on marketing to stay relevant. Pretty useless company. In the long run HUL will regain its dominance.
Creating new infrastructure can be challenging, especially when there is no initial visibility. However, with a proper plan, it is achievable. Tata Motors, for instance, could build its infrastructure by utilizing existing petrol stations and their own properties, considering the range of their vehicles. Alternatively, they might collaborate with other companies to share resources. The current lack of news and visibility makes things seem difficult, but once a plan is publicized, the situation will change. When seemingly impossible tasks are planned and executed, the business can grow significantly. It is important to remain optimistic and analyze the management's mindset and intent regarding their plans. Although I don't own any Tata Motors stock, I closely follow the business and read about their developments.
Akshat, I'd like to understand your take on TATA Motors a little bit better. Operating Profit doubled in the last one year, PBT 8x. Stock price has only doubled in the same time, and PE is quite low compared to peers(10 vs 28 industry average). If one takes a 3 year view on it, and if Tata Motors continues to give similar good results, shouldn't it become a multi bagger (4-5x) from here? I could be missing something obvious here, hence the query.
Hello Akshat please do share your inputs on the dividend given to the government. Also on stocks Patel engineering and bsoft where they show T2 settlement and under sebi scanner. Whether we should trade in such stocks
I have been following your channel for a while. I would request you to release videos showcasing on different industries/sectors other than Finance Stocks. Many industries have rallied in the last 1-2 years, for e.g. Cement Industry, Railway related Industry to name a few. If you can show how to study and predict or to generate intuitions about industry growth beforehand, it would be great.
Oh God. Not Again. Why are you so sticky with HDFC Bank and other same old story common stocks which you always discuss. Please....STOP IT. Discuss something new, something that has potential from the word "GO" with Small and Midcap stocks. We are all fed up of your same old story telling practices on same damn stupid stocks. For God's sake....STOP IT.
Do you think anyone recommend good stock without they get any benefit. In my strong believe now people making money on selling courses and recommendations. I know they do need much effort for that but that is the reality.
It would be nice if, assuming you have not already, you could do a short video on minimum qualifications/experience to gainfully participate in one of your courses.
Hi Akshat - Regarding HDFC Bank, the profits you mentioned doubling is because of other income and not operational income. Infact their operational profit was a loss of 47000 odd crore in 2024. Do you think this is a cause of concern? May the other income is only a one time event.
Hi Akshat , thanks for the informative video , i agree that building EV infrastructure is a capital intensive business , but i slightly disagree with your commentary on Tata motors share price , currently tata motors is working on creating a solution for long range EV cars and improving the charging time it requires to charge the car to atleast 80% . At a broader level , i think competition coming in terms of BYD & Tesla , i think for Tesla they may have to come up with some JV with any of the Indian manufacturers to reduce their import cost and all . BYD is a strong competition , but this will not eat away the percentage of share of Tata motors , i think that the overall pie will become larger and all 3 of them can survive in synergy Tesla cars are expensive to start with BYD cars might be at the same price range as that of Tata motors Please correct me if i am wrong
Superb session as always 👍 please share ur views on tata power. I'm a small invester n have only 5 stocks at 201. Now when should I consider it to accumulate?
So for EV station , it's like the petrol pump will be identified which are at 50 km distance or 100 km equi distant and then ev infrastructure will be going to set up.
Hi Akshay, Your videos are very informative, could you please make a video about the which platform is good for long term investments with low fee, swp options, etc. Thanks 🙏
Tata motors par mera view different h… World me income gap h wo bohat h and or bhi badhega… so luxury products wali companies acha karegi… so ttm ka 60% business JLR se aata h to future me or acha karega ye… and debt free ho Jane k bad to interest wala paisa bhi profit me add ho jayega to earnings or badhegi
When a stock like HDFCBANK whose value have already shot up, it won’t be a multibagger anymore. But still there will be appreciation in the long run. So, it is better an SIP stock rather than a bulk buy. In stock like IDFCFIRST, growth potential is very high. So it may be a good bulk buy because we never know when it would happen.
Hi Akshat, I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the daily thoughts you share on this community. Your insights have been incredibly valuable and have significantly helped me make informed decisions in my investments.
By reading 90% of response to this video, one thing I can clearly say that most investors here are for quick bucks! They want to get rich quickly. No one wants to get rich slowly.
You have to give tata credit to adapt to changing trends at a moments notice and bring out new tech, half baked though it may be.. I would personally like a hydrogenised future propped up by electric..
Tata Motors badhega ab, kyuki ye usi ke peeche pade hain.. EV is just nothing now for you? Similarly Renewables was hi-fi and unrealistic for you at one time. Why you invested later in sterling and wilson? 60% Profits?
The biggest issue is inflation ie increase in prices of goods and services by companies is factored in the revenue growth. Growth in consumption is not enough which is the main cause why stock market is not higher. Also unprecedented unemployment even for students from top colleges is another main concern.

The rules are simple. Chose quality stocks and follow them up. If you're not one for such complexities, hire a wealth manager to grow your money. I use the latter. Pulled in more than $46k in the last two months alone.
I agree with you. This is what I do too. I'm not cut out for financial reports and industry news, so I use a wealth manager. Profits have been very consistent.

My take on EVs
1. As much as they tout it to be, ev is not truly environment friendly. The batteries are still charged with conventional power sources. No proper regulation on the re-use or disposal of the batteries
2. The cost of batteries are coming down for now and so will the price of evs. The same car would cost a lot less in 3 years than it is currently. Why would someone spend a premium knowing the resale value will be much lesser than the conventional power train vehicles
3. China controls more than 60% of the production and supply chain of the Lithium battery. The geopolitical situation can change adversely for the rest of the world
4. Not a practical solution for long route trucks and CVs. They would take the hydrogen fuel cell route which is making good progress
5. The ecosystem is highly capital intensive. Already sodium ion batteries are in the market.
6. Too many players. The government needs to have protectionist policy to limit new entrants. Even then the Indian companies will take a big hit in the international markets for their subsidiaries (Jaguar, LR)
You think Elon Musk is a fool ?😂
Hydrogen & hybrid are worst

Hi Akshat , first of all it's great to go through any of your videos as its so much knowledge at free cost so thanks for that. Regarding your point for EV infrastructure creation i had some comments of my own :
Adding EV stations at current Petrol pump infrastructure
a) how that is not data backed
b) The total distance that can be covered for petrol / Diesel vs EV is different and hence unsuitable to just replecate
c) Highway infrastructure creation being difficult
- To all these 3 points I feel that for urban cities where petrol pump density is high data backing up or total distance to be covered might not be too much relevant because if the density of EV pumps in a locality is high the availability will be high.
Thanks for the insights!

Regarding HDFC Bank, Indian economy has potential to grow 3-4 times considering its size as compared to China or USA.. so HDFC should also grow if its a good stock..
Very well explained ❤😊
Tata pv I don't think they will do good. Somewhere I saw their warehouse is full of lying stocks. It will have to clear first.
5% annual return is easily thrown out there for illustrative purposes, but not so easy to achieve! Where do i put $500k cash reserve to keep cash safe for next 4 years? My concern is insolvency

Great video Akshat. Can you kindly suggest SIP worthy US stocks too.
Thanks Akshat, nicely presented.

BYD is a strong competition , but this will not eat away the percentage of share of Tata motors , i think that the overall pie will become larger and all 3 of them can survive in synergy
Tesla cars are expensive to start with
BYD cars might be at the same price range as that of Tata motors
Please correct me if i am wrong

Hi akshat, Can you please give your views on CSL for holding for 5-10 years.
I am seating with 117% profit now, it will be very helpful!
Can you analyse BHEL. Logic for unreasonable PE cannot be understood

Please do an analysis on starbucks. It seems it corrected a lot recently.
The biggest issue is inflation ie increase in prices of goods and services by companies is factored in the revenue growth. Growth in consumption is not enough which is the main cause why stock market is not higher. Also unprecedented unemployment even for students from top colleges is another main concern.
If HDFC Bank PE ratio expansion happens , without any increase in earnings.
So, if earnings increases we can expect a good bull run in its stock price
