Cool collection of finds there. I've not used that little sampler keyboard since around 1987/88. The Libretto I remember but never used. The ThinkCentre I will end up buying before long, as I just love anything IBM or Lenovo. C64 floppy is a very good score there and yeah getting more rare all the time. Mechanical keyboards are just cool.....period! Well done and I hope you manage to lug it all back to England ok.
Yep, extra cases at the ready & booked in with BA. I have even more as we went back there two other times. Most of it is going in the cargo hold. The Commodore disk drives are non existent in the UK. They were pretty common over here. Even got an original C64 mobo to restore. The Tandy was a gold nugget. Those do not exist in the UK. I basically got stuff I cannot get at home.
They are quite desirable when they work. Mine works, turns out it needed an HDD plugged in to post. Never seen that in a laptop before. Did get more as well.
Managed to get most of it home, was more economic to add extra bags to the flight. There were a few bits that will need other methods as we had more than our baggage allowances allowed. But we were staying round a friends house so we are good there.
only got a quick look as you where going through but a couple of those large cards with the cold IC's could be VAX/PDP-11, could be very interesting cards to take a look at if they are.

@@TheEPROM9 Yeah my eyebrows raised a bit when I saw that one lol. 🤩
Dont blame you.
Toshiba Libretto! My god, I used to use one of those. Now I feel old. Thank you for that!

Interesting finds
Indeed.
Great haul.
Think a solution is to throw out all the clothes and toiletries in the baggage and replace with this stuff 😅
Might end up happening. there are some cloths that we both need to chuck. Just leave them in the US.
@@TheEPROM9 sounds like the best solution. Excess baggage charges will be a bitch so get rid of the primark t-shirts and socks lmao

I'm gona do some research to find out what they are from when I get home. Gona frame them for the walls.
How much is excess baggage going to cost?
60 per bag, me & my partner both got extra bags. Don't know the cost of the bags yet as the cost was $
me Eprom And a frend all had a extra bag at $100 per bag + 65 GBP for extra on the plain. also got some itom to be posted adding around $120
Still all cheaper than postage.
