I wish there was an Iron Chef remake restaurant style. It would be cool to include these wonderful chefs, but I would include people who work the street stalls as well.
What a keeper, as we say in English! An amazing young man. I wonder if he’s following in his father’s footsteps or he hopes his children will follow him. I wonder if he makes good money from this as I can see how the ingredients he is using must be expensive. And so many are thrown away after making stock with them. I’m very impressed.

どれも美味しそうで是非食べてみたいですね。店長さんのこだわりみたいでカレーに和牛とか使用しているけど、味の違いなんてわかる人…いったいどれくらいいるの?多分いないと思います。和牛で無くて100%アメリカ牛でも客足は変わらないと思います。スープづくりとか十分手間暇かけてむしろこちらの方が美味しいうどんやかつ丼になるんだと思います。
