Soldano Avenger boosted with Kuro Custom Audio P.h.A.

  • What can I say, I just absolutely love this amp to bits...
The Kuro P.h.A. is a sick pedal to shape the tone slightly, get it a bit more or less tight, boost some mids, cut some lows or highs, add some "push" etc, all without changing the original tone of the amp (unless desired).
Here I just used it to slightly tighten up the low end on fast mutes by boosting the mids slightly, which resulted in the same great Soldano sound but with slightly faster tracking low end...loving this combination

Just to add to the topic of tight punch for fast muted riffs... try recording them with celestion g12-65’s... those are the best speakers that i have heard for tight bottom end punch... i’ve tried tons of different speakers also...

I have bought the StlTonehub and your pack and it sounds and feels amazing. The best I have used in virtual amps. Are you going to keep releasing new presets packs for the ToneHub?

Not to hijack the comments Lasse but between a JVM410H and Powerball2, which would would you chose for a 6string e-flat tunning old school thrash, black and death metal player?

Metal Meister I’d definitely pick the fireball over the powerball, but it’s hard to beat the jvm for versatility and thrash tones

While I love Soldano they're just a tad light on the low-end. I like it more beefy on the palm mutes etc.
