@@jesserodriquez4829 about 2 hours! I wasn't keeping track like I should have been. The stuff in the pot takes about 15-20 mins to throw together. The meatball took about 2 hours on the smoke at 275....give or take
Matt, that looks freaking awesome man. I love these videos, you come out with stuff I wouldn't think of. You da man bro! BTW I live in Chiefs kingdom but I'm a Broncos fan, so I'm glad the Bucs won, I would've never heard the end of it if the Chiefs would've won back to back lol.
Yee Haa- Bro, dat some hot Chit. I left out the sausage, cause I don't like it, left out the beans, cause Wife insisted, left out the corn, just because. It was really good. Will be making moooore. Thanks.
Nope! You can use milder wood like apple or pecan. Make sure the fire burns clean and the smoke isn't thick and white... that usually makes the food taste bad!
That looks so good
It was!! I can't eat chili from a crackpot anymore lol thanks for watching Jesse!
About how long did it take to make?

what kind of wood did you smoke with? good video, thanks
I usually use a mix of hickory and cherry wood! U can use what ever wood you prefer! Thanks for watching!

Did the pot come close to boiling?
I'm thinking of what else I can cook on a pot I never thought of placing it in there thats awesome 👍
No it did not! I'd say it was simmering pretty good towards the end there, but not a rapid boil
@@CassCooking looks good man thank you
OMG! Matt That looks so good, but that was a lot of cayenne pepper, was it really spicy hot? Now I want to make some chilli lol
I think it was perfect! But I also like spicy food! Lol thanks!!
