Waraultree beach is lovely camping spot - not free though, just need to pay the Yorke Council $10/night/car via online. You can get away not paying if you’re so inclined
Technically it is free as the Wauraltee paid camping area is the dirt patch/cleared area before the beach entrance. The beach is crown land and therefore not part of the Council campground, there is even a sign at the entrance to the beach stating the council campground ends at the sign. We did however pay the council permit for the nights we camped on the beach as $10/night for such an awesome camp, to use the water, dump points and facilities in towns near by plus the roads, it is the least we can do.
We were down at Waraultee and spotted your van on the 23rd of December. We had to head off though as our youngest had a tummy bug and it wasn’t pleasant 😂
@@OverlandExposure yeah and we were only in an MDC camper and we had got it on both beds so we were out in the morning! Luckily we’re local and can come Back and have another go! 👍🏼

Oh no, that's not good at all, tummy bugs are the worst!! Wauraltee is a stunner though!
