3-G Home Video, legally registered and sometimes promoted as 3-G Productions, was a distributor of various public domain media on VHS originally founded in the early 1980s in Montebello, California, likely by Greg Winters. Little is known about the company due to scarce promotion in media. On July 31, 1991, the company was sued by Titan Sports, the former owner of what is now WWE, due to misleading promotion of a videotape of Hulk Hogan matches; the case was soon settled. In the mid-1990s, 3-G moved their offices to Canoga Park, California. It is presumed that the company shut down around 1999, as by that time, no new releases were promoted by the company.
My next logo history will be on Disney XD Originals, which will include Toon Disney Originals.

What are your favorite logos from 3-G Home Video? Mine would be the 3rd and 4th logo!
My favourite logo from 3-G Home Video would be the 4th logo, which is the only good logo from 3-G Home Video, the other logos are lazy, and some of them has sh*tty animation. Oh yeah, and of course, the 3rd logo is the worst logo from 3-G Home Video, not only because of the extremely bad animation, but also because the whoosh is absolutely unnecessary. And not only that, the target audience is for *children!* Seriously? At least they improved with the last logo before 3-G Home Video closed down.
I think the 3-G Productions logo is even worse than the 3rd 3-G Home Video logo! Also, the whoosh isn't actually as loud as you think. Due to a very poor quality UA-cam upload (which elevated the "whoosh" sound effect to a deafening volume), this logo gained a notorious reputation as one of the loudest logos ever. This upload also rendered the text to be nearly illegible. A better quality print revealed that the logo is much quieter (and legible) than the initial upload suggested, thus rehabilitating the logo's dubious legacy. The 3rd logo also has decent trail effects. The 4th logo is definitely the very best from 3-G Home Video!
I agree with you, the 3-G Productions logo has absolutely lazy animation. And yes the reason why the whoosh is so loud is because of the poor quality of the footage.
