Diana had an Amazing Vocal coach during her young teenage years and the teacher helped her with her high notes 🎶 because after puberty she had the darker contralto tone that’s easy for her to reach. . Unfortunately, her vocal coach had passed during the Covid pandemic 😷. Her adopted father passed as well. She became friends with an Amazing Composer and Producer, Brandon Stone. He collaborated with Diana for her first Album. She recently posted a new song “The Day You…” and it’s beautiful and she shares her divine high notes 🎶 and extended vocal range. Hello! Great job! I like your video very much. I appreciate that you gave the artist the respect to make a proper analysis. Please don't change this format. Yes, there are quite a few "reactors" who do great work. But, there is also a vast desert of people who say "Wow!" several times, then use the rest of the time to promote their social media accounts. I like seeing someone who can see and appreciate an artist. I usually only watch videos of Diana, but I will watch others of your videos. Best wishes for your daughter. I believe that everyone can be great. However, it takes a confluence of events in order for that greatness to be realized. A person must be suited for the task, must truly love what they do, must be totally committed to their work, must work through adversity, and must have great mentors. For Diana, her unique voice has been both a blessing and a curse. It makes her stand out from among the crowd, but it has also held her back. In an industry that is dominated by people who all sound the same, someone so far from the norm as Diana has had a difficult time breaking through.

Hey, I really enjoyed your reaction. My son recommended this video to me back in 2020, and I've been hooked on Diana ever since. She was really my gateway drug to a whole world of singers from around the world. I agree with you that her subtlety and skill in this performance is incredible.
You need to look into her past. As a young child she was beaten ,starved, burned by her birth mother. Her mother( lower case) tried to drown her in the bathtub. Broke her collarbone and abandoned her in the freezing cold where she was found by relatives. She could barely speak because of all the trauma. So they did not take her. She ended up in an orphanage where she was crying and screaming all the time. A ,ady who worked there adopted her. Doctors suggested she take singing lessons to help with her speech problems. On her channel, has a few, look ather very early videos. Has been competing in singing contests since she was very little. She has been in constant fear that her birth mother would find her til she was comparatively safe after she turned 18. There are so many you should see. Try a more recent: Side By Side. Wicked Game was the very first video I saw from Diana. I thought that she was peerless in her talent but was concerned that she would not improve because she was soo good already at 14/15. I was wrong. She has got stronger every year. Amazing. She is a talent that comes along once in a century (or more!).

One of my favorites by her is from the "Show Mask Go On" entitled "Oh, It's Not Yet Evening" ua-cam.com/video/cfTiQkJrLi0/v-deo.html. It's an over 300 year old folk song about a Cossack warrior who dreams of his death in an imminent battle. On Diana's face you see sadness, anxiety and pain of the soul of the Cossack warrior. One would swear she borrowed that soul to perform the song. I'm not sure how many people appreciate the emotional gasps she produces here that absolutely melt me.
This was Diana's second season of You Are Super. The year before, she won the hearts of the judges with a short version of Dernière Danse and blew their minds with Rechenka, which is the next of her big performances to react to.
I've followed Diana for years now and let me tell you, her voice just never gets old. Her tone of voice is addicting and so incredibly unique. Enjoyed your video.

You need to look into her past. As a young child she was beaten ,starved, burned by her birth mother. Her mother( lower case) tried to drown her in the bathtub. Broke her collarbone and abandoned her in the freezing cold where she was found by relatives. She could barely speak because of all the trauma. So they did not take her. She ended up in an orphanage where she was crying and screaming all the time. A ,ady who worked there adopted her. Doctors suggested she take singing lessons to help with her speech problems. On her channel, has a few, look ather very early videos. Has been competing in singing contests since she was very little. She has been in constant fear that her birth mother would find her til she was comparatively safe after she turned 18. There are so many you should see. Try a more recent: Side By Side. Wicked Game was the very first video I saw from Diana. I thought that she was peerless in her talent but was concerned that she would not improve because she was soo good already at 14/15. I was wrong. She has got stronger every year. Amazing. She is a talent that comes along once in a century (or more!).

One of my favorites by her is from the "Show Mask Go On" entitled "Oh, It's Not Yet Evening" ua-cam.com/video/cfTiQkJrLi0/v-deo.html. It's an over 300 year old folk song about a Cossack warrior who dreams of his death in an imminent battle. On Diana's face you see sadness, anxiety and pain of the soul of the Cossack warrior. One would swear she borrowed that soul to perform the song.
I'm not sure how many people appreciate the emotional gasps she produces here that absolutely melt me.
This was Diana's second season of You Are Super. The year before, she won the hearts of the judges with a short version of Dernière Danse and blew their minds with Rechenka, which is the next of her big performances to react to.

In 2019 Diana sang this song in the singing competition 'You are super' (she was 15 years old). This competition is unique in the world, an international TV- competition, especially for adopted and orphaned children.
In 2018 and 2019 Diana entered this unique competition and won twice.
The winner of the season will be determined by a 6-day public vote and the final took place in the Kremlin Palace and her videos were uploaded to UA-cam and soon she had millions of fans. She called us Friends.
The project producers help the finalists start their studies and encourage their creativity. Diana won a scholarship.
Igor Krutoy, here in "You are Super" as a juror, gave Diana a small apartment (37m²/ 398 ft²) in Moscow with the words: Live and sing!
There, in the small flat she lives with her mother and grandmother and was able to begin her vocal training with the best teachers such as Professor Olga Donskoy. (She died of Covid-19 in Oct. 2020). Now she is taught by the great Alexandra Pismennaya, who was a student of Prof. Donskoy.

The maestro and Dimash have been working together from time to time since 2018. Krutoy is also still in touch with Diana and he introduced her to Brandon Stone.
