I have 5 leopards geckos and over 30 reptiles in general. I would recommend taking out the reptile carpet and replacing it with paper towels or reptisoil. And swap out the heat lamp for a heat mat with a thermostat or deep heat projecter. Offer a variety of insects like crickets, dubia roachs, mealworms, hornworms, etc dusted with calcium and vitamin powder. And add a few more hides including a warm hide and a moist hide. The moist hide should be misted every now and then as it will help the gecko shed. If you have any questions, feel free to ask :)
