say you are a family of more than two, riding down the road sideways has to be a miserable experience. what about seat belts for everybody else in the coach? if you are laying in bed and a hard stop occurs what keeps you in bed.
Magic. There are as many seatbelts as you need in the coach. Your question leads me to believe you don’t really understand how these things are used and who the real customers are.
you are right. I thought they were for anybody who had 2.5 million they wanted to spend on one. I figure families with kids. I figured grand parents traveling with grand kids. not just 2 old people with money and nothing to do but travel. if that's the case they are leaving money on the table. being I can only use my imagination about traveling sideways, both front facing seats occupied, that seems like a motion sickness event. plus I figured someone would want to take nap in the bed while going down the road but what do I know, nothing unexpected ever happens on the road. and, yes, I forgot people spend 2.5 to not do as they please with their vehicle. oh yeah, oops, my mistake.
@@gdotone1 There are other configurations that would allow for more forward facing seating with seatbelts, if that is your desire. If you are in the bunks, there is a safety curtain and privacy curtain to keep you contained, if you lay down feet facing the front of the coach you are pretty safe. If you require the king size bed while in motion you may become a projectile in the case of a hard braking situation or a sudden stop, so the bunks would be a better option.
Not only was the coach beautiful but the video was incredible! The camera angles, the music it was all masterfully done. Good job Marathon!

Can someone please explain to me the appeal of a double slide coach? For this kind of money why wouldn't everything be a quad??

More room under awnings and easier access to basement!
