The history of the song "Musician" - Konstantin Nikolsky
Konstantin Nikolaevich wrote it in 1971 while serving in the Soviet army on the territory of the Ukrainian SSR (more precisely, in Kiev). Allegedly, when he was on duty guarding a food warehouse, this significant event for lovers of domestic rock music happened.
Explaining what the song “Musician” is about, Konstantin said that he was prompted to compose the composition by a phrase from the fairy tale “The Nightingale” by Andersen: “... about the happy and the unfortunate, about good and evil, about everything that is happening around you, and what you don’t know ". In a somewhat modified form, Nikolsky used it in a couplet.
In the late seventies, Konstantin Nikolsky became a member of the Resurrection. Several of his songs, including the track "Musician", were included in the band's debut album.
