    Kayi Kadubu (ಕಾಯಿ ಕಡುಬು) is a traditional sweet dish made using maida, which is stuffed with a mixture of fresh coconut, jaggery and on some occasions, dried fruits.
    It is crisp on the outside and crunchy and sweet on the inside. It is usually made during festive occasions, but the recipe is simple enough to make and enjoy at any time!
    INGREDIENTS:
    For Stuffing:
    Fresh Coconut (grated) - 3 Cups
    Powdered Jaggery - 1.5 Cups
    Poppy seeds - 1 Tbsp
    Cardamom powder - 1/2 Tsp
    Broken Badam and Cashews - 5 each
    For the Cover/Poori:
    Maida - 1 Cup
    Salt - 1 to 2 pinch
    Ghee - 1 Tbsp
    Water - until stiff dough is obtained
