Hi Adapt & Prosper, Thanks for your comment. I agree with you. In fact, the method works when there is almost any bookie offer that gives you an edge. For football, the bookies don't give as good prices as they did when I made this video. However, let's see what they do in the world cup. Best regards, Artimus
I'm leaning a lot from your videos! Can we use this method for extra place offers in horse racing? We will have more than three outcomes when it comes to horse racing. Does this method work?
Hi. Great material. I have one question about dutching: Matched betting is indeed a winning strategy. When you back in the bookie and lay at the exchange, you are always winning, but sometimes at expense of the bookie and sometimes at the expense of other bettors. But when you always dutch, in the long run, dont you end up with all bookies loosing against you? Couldn't they keep track of this and gub you? Thank you.
Also an important key fact here is liabilty, if you laid a bet on the exchange at 4/1 for £50 you liabilty would be £150, if you dutch the 3 outcomes your liabilty will be less than £1 which gives you much more freedom with your money, I am not a matched bettor as I hate using bookmakers and find the whole process tedius with small return for the amount of effort, as a trader I would say anyone using match betting offers should adapt this process immediately.
@jakemarshall666 Hi. When dutching, I round the uneven bets up or down to sensible-looking amounts and bet or lay the odd amount at the exchange. For example, if I have to bet £42.10, I would bet £40 at the bookie and the other £2.10 at the exchange. If I have to bet £48.90, I would bet £50 at the bookie and lay the extra £1.10 at the exchange or I would bet £40 at the bookie and bet £8.90 at the exchange. I've been asked this question a few times. I plan to make a video on this subject soon.
Hi Graham. I haven't researched those types of strategies. So, I don't really know. I've heard people say that you might as well arb with those accounts. They will close your accounts for that quickly. So, that won't last long as a strategy.
@@MichaelWilliams-mo1vv You're betting all outcomes so one has to win, the calcs ensure that you will break even or lose a small amount. Dutching is a betting strategy used to ensure the same return whatever 1 of the outcomes that you backed comes in. It is often used in correct score betting for example if I thought England would win 2-0, 3-0 or 4-0 rather than have even stakes on all three at different odds and hence win different amounts depending on odds and what result came in, I could "dutch" the selections and use stakes that mean I'd win the same if any one of my picks came in. Have a play with the dutching calculator on oddschecker - hit the cog icon than calculators. Hit me up if you have questions.
This method also works very well when a bookie such as William Hill is offering an odds boost on one outcome.

Dutching explained well, main issue is bankroll and keeping accounts healthy.

You do you deal with the fact that placing Dutch bets with random stakes of £45.77 ? Doesn't that just look dodgy?
