@Les94Paul no, it's "the thorns are knots around your head". it's how you crucify someone, you put a crown of thorns around their head before nailing them to the cross (or at least, that's how the romans did it). that way, when they struggled, it would slowly cut into their forehead.
updated comment: It has been reported that this is what Ozzy would've said to Axl if he were speaking on Slash's behalf. Ozzy penned the lyrics, not Slash. Also this has NOTHING to do with Zakk. The correct lyric is the future is not set in stone. One lyric I am a bit confused by is the thorns are knots around your head, that makes more sense than what i thought it was which in the booklet for the cd it says the thorns are not around your head. Wouldn't be the first time I got a lyric wrong though.
