- On June 18, Lebanon’s Iran-backed group Hezbollah published a video of its reconnaissance drones flying over northern Israel, including the Haifa port. It was unclear when the roughly 10 minutes of footage released by Hezbollah were captured, and the IDF did not immediately comment on the video. IDF jets bombed several Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon on June 18. The IDF also announced it had “successfully intercepted a suspicious aerial target in the coastal area of Gesher HaZiv.” On June 18, the Israeli army said plans for an offensive in Lebanon were “approved and validated.” US envoy Amos Hochstein, on a visit to Lebanon, called for an "urgent" de-escalation of the cross-border fire between Hezbollah and Israel. Firstly you need to grasp some facts. 1) Israel has kept the people of Gaza in a prison for decades in their own land. 2) Law of war, the occupied ie the Palestinians have a right to resist. Israel as the occupier has no such right. 3) when Hamas broke out of Gaza they took down 16 Isreali military security points in 1 hour. A very big Israeli failure. 4) Hamas then went hunting for prisoners in the Kibbutzes and at the music festival 5) The IDF helicopters were ordered to shoot up all vehicles heading back towards Gaza regardless of occupants. This means the IDF helicopters killed a lot of Israelis along with the Hamas people. 6) At the Kibbutz the Israeli hostages said all was OK until the IDF tanks arrived and started blasting everything killing lots of Israelis. 7) Apache helicopters unleashed hellfire missiles incinerating Israelis too and leading to Israeli stories of Hamas burning things. 8) so in fact of the 1200 killed 400 at least were legit military targets, and of the rest probably half were killed by the IDF. The rape stories are very suspect and the baby killings were invented, just like the girl who lied about Iraqi troops killing babies in Kuwait. 9) Allowing for this action by Hamas a serious Israeli reprisal could be expected, but what did Israel do? It piled into its open air prison and bombed whole areas flat. Drove the people to safe areas then bombed those. It cut off water, electricity and food and then proceeded to destroy hospitals, schools, universities, sewage works, water works, bakeries, and so on. 70% or more of the housing has been destroyed. That is not a fair reprisal it’s genocide which is why South Africa took Israel to court. So reply if you wish but present facts to back up what you say. Try and justify 80,000 tons of bombs being dropped on a concentration camp by the very nation that always plays the holocaust card. The State of Israel is a now a Pariah State and rightly so.
