Can you pair this to an apple watch and see your heart rate during your workout?
Yes you can I tried it, it works and I would advise to do so because it’s way more frequent and it will always measure even if your wrist gets cold.
It wasn’t more accurate than my Coros Pace 2 watch so I returned mine.

That’s interesting I also have the pace 2 and was thinking of getting the hr strap for greater accuracy but if it’s not a great improvement 🤔
how do you know which one is more accurate?
They gave me the exact same readings. So it wasn’t accuracy per se, but difference, and there was none.
Can I wear it on wrist like a watch?
You can only wear this on your upper arm (bicep area). If you wear it on your wrist it will not monitor your heart rate accurately
