- Riu Palace Riviera Maya is an All Inclusive Resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Cancun International Airport is around an hour and 20 minutes away. This 5-star family resort provides an outstanding hospitality experience with its stunning beachfront setting, stylish rooms, and a plethora of top-tier amenities. The resort, set between beautiful tropical gardens and crystal-clear turquoise seas, provides a calm ambiance ideal for relaxation and pleasure. The rooms are compact, but they include modern facilities like air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, minibars, and private balconies or patios with views of the gorgeous surroundings. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of gastronomic delights at the resort's restaurants and bars. From international buffet to specialty a la carte restaurants, there is something for everyone's palate. IN CONCLUSION we enjoyed a fantastic holiday at this lovely resort, which is surrounded by lush greenery. The staff were very helpful and kind from the moment we checked in, ensuring that the room was ready when we arrived. The beach is magnificent, with its beautiful palm trees and crystal-clear blue water. The pools, in our opinion, are small for the size of the resort, but because the beach is so lovely, everyone has a spot to rest, which was not a problem for us. The cuisine was excellent, with plenty of selections at the buffet and restaurants. If you become bored, you can go for a walk or shop at the nearby market, which is safe and appealing. This resort is ideal for families looking for a pleasant and calm environment in the heart of the gorgeous Riviera Maya.

Buffet - 5/5 Stars (Outstanding service and tasty food.)
Restaurants - 4.5/5 Stars (Japanese restaurant “Yashima” was our favorite.)
Rooms - 4.5/5 Stars (Everything worked well, but having the hot tub in the middle of the room was not the best choice because it takes up too much space.)
Sleep Quality - 5/5 Stars (The mattress was soft and comfortable.)
Cleanliness - 5/5 Stars (The staff was constantly cleaning and organizing the surrounds and facilities.)

We enjoyed an excellent stay and a vibrant environment at this hotel. Awesome people with a positive attitude; we felt immediately at home as soon as we arrived. The beach is the gem here, with turquoise clear sea, white sand, and plenty of palm trees. We spent one excellent week at this amazing hotel. The service and overall attitude of the entire staff is very good; every single member of staff maintained an outstanding attitude day and night. The beech is beautiful and only a step away from the pool.The hotel is stunning and beautifully clean at all times. The buffet cuisine is good, and there is a wide variety of options. The restaurants are all excellent. The major advantage is that you do not need to schedule the restaurants and can use them as many times as you want.We'll be back, thanks for sharing this beautiful video.

We have stayed at this resort a few times before and had a fantastic vacation. We adore the hotel's design and the pools that are right on the beach, allowing you to enjoy both without having to take long walks. The food is always tasty and fresh, with a variety of selections. The staff is friendly and helpful with any needs you may have. I definitely recommend it for families! Very nice video..

The hotel is outstanding, and the staff were quite helpful. The property is directly on the beach, and we were lucky because there was no seaweed the week we visited. The beach is beautiful, and the sea is incredibly blue and clean. The location is also excellent, as it is only a short walk to the market yet extremely safe and clean. Good video....

We stayed here a couple of years ago. We had a great time not considering the Sargassum on the beach, which is beyond the resort's control. The resort is clean and well-maintained. The dining areas are tidy and well-organized. The pools are exceptionally clean, and there are numerous activities available. A good place for families! Well filmed video tour!

No booking for restaurants, first come, first served, and you can eat at all of them if you can in one week 😉

Hello. I don't know, but we didn't have to leave any deposits. We always leave our credit card info with the reception in case we use extra services.

We visited Riu Playacar and Riu Palace Mexico while staying here. Room service is ok, nothing special. They have night shows, live music, Yoga, and various activities by the pool.
