The gentleman posing with Elvis (EP in convertible on Rocca Place) was George Frazetti. George was from Massachusetts. Big fan. Used to listen to my "Elvis Only" radio show. He passed away about 30 years ago.

Thanks for the interesting videos. Elvis was a man with the common touch, a flawed human being like everyone else, but with the voice of an angel, the looks of Adonis, and the ability to relate to normal everyday people and lift their spirits. That's why people loved him and will continue to.

Thank you Spa Guy for sharing Elvis' houses that he lived in with us and where the houses use to be . I would never tear down those beautiful houses . That's unbelievable..!! I never knew that Elvis lived in a house that Howard Hughes lived in . I do remember hear about Elvis hitting his head in the bathroom and no one knew about it for awhile . Once Priscilla finally found him he told her , " I think I really hurt myself " . I didn't know it happened in that house though . Thank you for sharing that with us. When you were trying to look through that gate ... I was moving my head to the side like I was trying to get a peek too. HAHAHA...!! I love this video and can't wait to see the next one !!

That’s part of why we love Elvis. “House so big he’d get lost in it.” The man tells it like it is, who the heck needs a house that big.
Even if I was a billionaire I can't imagine wanting a to live in a mansion.
If you’re a recognizable celebrity it might be a good idea to live on a big property to minimize invasive paparazzi and invasive people or solicitors.

Wow. I didn’t know he lived in that many homes earthier. Those are some really nice homes up there for sure, but I bet area would have been even nicer back in the day when Elvis was there. Not so many homes so close together. Thanks my friends.⚡️😎🕺🏻🥰🤗❤️

I just can't imagine why they would tear down these beautiful homes just to rebuild a new one. I guess everyone wants "new" to vintage...me I will take vintage and charm over new. That home looked beautiful from the outside, why not just upgrade the inside?! Makes no sense to me. The second house is huge! I don't blame Elvis for not wanting to stay there and get lost in it. lol That's what I loved about Graceland, it was not overly large and very cozy/homey for a mansion. You didn't feel like you would get lost in it. Loved the "Glory Too" footages! Which house was close by Sharon Tate's home and Elvis made a deal with fans that he would come out to see them everyday if they would be home by 6, by dark after the murders? He wanted his fans to stay safe because of that. I didn't realize that Elvis tripped and hit his head like that. I'm so shocked by how narrow the roads are going to these homes. Barely able to get two cars to pass each other it looks like. So interesting! Thanks to Ashley, she is awesome!! Looking forward to part 2.
Think about the history of Hollywood and the larger than life actors who lived in them now both are gone

Mr. Spa Guy and Trey I do envy you guys. I would love to go to the places that you go and to get to see the Elvis things and places in The Elvis world. It was so long ago that it almost seems like he didn't ever exist like he is a made up person because his life was so amazing rite . But he did exist and he is a perfect example that dreams do come true. And he tried to show people how to love and be kind to one another. He won't ever be forgotten Elvis lives in our minds and hearts forever 🧚🏾👑🧚🏽♀️ ty for another amazing video

I can't imagine how Elvis must have felt in that Bellagio home comparing it to where he came from. He remained fairly humble considering all the opulence around him. Makes me more sympathetic towards his choice of coping mechanism although ultimately fatalistic. (I say sympathetic not approving of it.) No wonder he felt more at home in Graceland. JMO that area just seems like a gross representation of over indulgence, although some of the earlier homes were a little more modest. Great video Billy and Trey and for Ashley's research.

The house you showed in the neighborhood you called old-school..was gorgeous! I live in RI and this is the way all our houses look...mostly wood shingles or brick...the style kind of quaint. California mostly stucco..nice too!
Older homes have perfect character and warmth. I swoon over these classic LA mansions but sadly they get bought just for the land , torn down and made a completely new modern feel. Hurts my heart.

I worked on the rebuild of 525 Perugia Way for 12 /14 months in 1989/ 90 ! The house was finished in 1990 and sold for 11.4 million dollars 💸

I went to his place at Bellagio, and someone told me he used to live across from Neil Diamond.

The older houses in much of Los Angeles are just considered properties or lots to be sold or developed. A million dollars is considered chump change and will buy u nothing in LA. Home prices for The Westside which includes Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Trousdale are beyond insane. A property like Graceland, can easily start at $20M. Maybe this Pandemic has stopped the absolute greed. For now.
