I am currently pursuing an English Honours degree and am interested in preparing for the RBI exams. At the same time, I wish to enhance my skills and build a strong portfolio for future career opportunities. I would like to know if taking these courses would be beneficial for my professional development beyond just acquiring knowledge, or if my lack of a commerce background might hinder my progress.
Absolutely they are gonna help you, in your professional career...especially talking about CFA, as it is meant for that!
And there are other courses as well which you can pursure along with your graduation or after selecting as an RBI officer🤞🏻( especially regarding finance and management courses)

Sir, while it's true CFA is great for professional development, for now, I have not given it much thought and plan to pursue it once I am established in my career after graduation and hopefully if that would be in the "Rbi Grade B" position. But for now I wish to upskill myself with few well-regarded and helpful courses so I can enhance my employability.
I am particularly interested in online courses as I live in a very small city with few good colleges and I cannot relocate for now because of personal circumstances.
But I am concerned since I am from a different background (Humanities) these courses may not help me in future if i am not selected as an Rbi officer or in any other related Government Services.
Your insights would be greatly appreciated.
