I like the pace of this; I tend to like more realistic physics but the pace and the feel you get driving alongside and around the other racers seems nicely balanced. It's good to feel like you're racing with a risk, with slight chances to have those movie moments depending how creative you are flirting around the other racers + dodging things. Nice.
I picked this game up two days ago and I gotta say that I'm very surprised by how similar the Vita version is compared to the console and pc version. Everything is a bit downscaled but it's still great fun, especially when you're racing against your friends at school. Great game!

I think the fact that you no longer have to wait ages to get a good car is great, you can increase your cars by winning races and then taking out the best drivers doing cop chases and stuff. Also the online is hella fun. People need to stop taking games so seriously and enjoy what ths game brings which IMO is just good gameplay and fun.

LOL, seems like you haven't played Hot Pursuit(2010). Or maybe its your opinion, but most other people like me consider Hot Pursuit(2010) to be the best or one of the best ones. Thats why it got the BAFTA award and is the highest acclaimed and selling NFS.
I agree with Cory, i think my favourite nfs was underground 2 or most wanted just because the customisation was sick. the addition of customisation takes nothing away from the gameplay, if you didnt enjoy it you were never forced to do it.
How do you go from this to Rivals? Actually fun maps to play in, maps that actually give you details about your environment and show you your next turn before you've passed it, equally decent graphics... I'm so confused
