Just wanted to thank you guys for the support on whatnot again. The show went great. Many of the higher value items went for a little less than market value (ping putters sold for like $30, swatch bag sold for $45, some Nike shoes sold for $10) but we had a lot of support with the smaller items. All funkos sold for around $15 on average. All hot wheels sold for at least $8. Several of our funko keychains sold for over $20, so all those small sales really added up and made this possible. Thank you again!
Haley you have a great eye, you just no what your looking for, remember the days when you wouldn't use a GoPro. Your personality is beautiful your so genuine. Josh your now a man with many trades starting with 20 dollars it's amazing how your far you've come with you working together. Your are both an inspiration to all your followers. Mx
When hanging drywall it is always easier to start with the bottom section first. Then put the insulation in that section. Then hang the top piece but leave it six inches shorter so you can put insulation in the top section as well. Then board up the last 6 inch section. Make sure you insulate the interior walls, it isn’t mandatory but can help with noise and temperature control.
Why don't you guys go to a re-store to get stuff like the toilet and sinks and even flooring? You can save a ton of money and support habitat for humanity. We got a $500 toilet for only $25. They had a room full of toilets to pick from. All $25 each. We gol all of our light fixtures from either there or the goodwill. A lot newer and better quality than we could have afforded in the store. You should look into them for future purchases.
The house is starting to look great. Keep up the good work and it is always a good idea to let the professionals to do some of the work that could cost you more in the long run by doing it yourself - not that I have done that in the past - LOL. Stay safe.
Great Job! You guys are doing awesome, I just looked at your views from 17 hrs ago and you are at 40k, that is amazing! Keep up the good work with the rental property, coming along beautifully.
I've been following your house renovation videos (as well as all of your other videos that I come across) and I think that is a wonderful idea you had about starting out with only $20.00. Only you and Hayley would have thought of something like that. :) It never ceases to amaze me how much money those stuffed toys (plushes as you call them) sell for. They will be so easy to ship, just stuff them in a box and not have to worry about them getting broken. Keep up the good work as we enjoy every video you have. Say 'HI' to Mose as he is so special.
Hi hairy Tornado I've been a sub for a while thanks for all the great info you have in spotting a barging...I'm from Perth Australia we don't have cheap op shops like your self but thanks for teaching me what to look for...good luck with the house sounds awesome been a sub for few years love your videos ❤ you and your wife Hailey are awesome 😊
Josh: I have $2200. Contractor: Your bill will be $2500. Josh: I have stuff to sell. Contractor: Your payment is due in 3 days. Josh: I like to live dangerously. LOL
You did great job on the drywall behind the toilet! When we were in an apartment in your area, our washing machine wasn't installed correctly and leaked. Some of the drywall had to be replaced. The maintenance guy didn't bother to find a piece of drywall that was the right size. The peice he used was probably half the size it needed to be and then he filled the rest of the hole up with mud. It looked like a someone tried to do a miniature of ocean waves on our wall. I was worried the apartment might think we tried to do that repair ourselves when we moved out, but thankfully they didn't say anything. I know the guy who did it was let go (can't imagine why!) So the probably assumed it was something he did. 😂😂😂
@@HairyTornado Josh, you have every right to be proud of your work. You have an eye for detail and take your time and do things right, ranging from drywall repair to deciding if some item at a Goodwill is worth your time to purchase it. I don't think you actually showed it, but I bet you VERY CAREFULLY measured the hole, then carefully transferred those measurements to the piece you were cutting out. As any good carpenter will tell you, 'measure twice and cut once'. That is excellent advice because it forces a person to slow down and think about what they are doing. When patching like you did, a sign of good workmanship is when you have to 'tap' the piece to squeeze it in because it should be a snug fit. If I ever have to do similar work again, do you want the job? :) Good job, my friend.
Another excellent episode of This Hairy House, next week we will make a pergola out of lattice, nails and an old dog house we picked up at goodwill. Good fun content!
When you said 'We're getting this one because it can flush seven billiard balls at once....' I was praying you would follow up with '.... and if you've ever been in the toilet after Hailey you'll know that could come in handy!' 😂😂😂
i agree with josh ...about the jacket... i picked up on old leather pair old adidas high tops with zippers etc that looked kinda roached and a quicksilver vintage jacket that had some paint stains.. both soldon depop
I’m endlessly fascinated by the market for used plush toys especially as they’re so abundant. I wish we our thrift stores (or Op Shops - which is short for Opprtunity Shops) here in Australia had “bins”.
We remodeled our bathroom in January and I SPECIFICALLY bought that toilet from Home Depot…have not flushed billiard balls or I think ours showed a video flushing 40 golf balls….but I love it nothing makes me happier than a good flushing toilet
Can you imagine a time when there was no UA-cam to watch how to do things? My Husband is a jack-of-all trades because over the years of our marriage he had to figure it out on his own. Recently he had to do something on his jeep and couldn't figure it out and I suggested UA-cam. He's a convert.
Poor Spiderman. I found a laser cut vinyl record turned into a Prince decorative clock for electrical price at the bins. The insane thing is an EBAY vendor Vinyl Revolution from UKraine sells them. They turned a 1989 USSR Pink Floyd LP into a clock! Other than that and a quality unbranded leather bag, it was a bust at the bins.
My Stepfather used drywall screws for everything because he did not have to go look for a wood screw BUT I have noticed that if they get wet they rust and shortly after the heads pop off.
I’ve been going to our bins a lot more lately because of the price increase at the regular stores. Also Haley, one BIG distinguishing fake factor on the Michael Kors purses: The metal branding should not be solid. MK purs emblems are always outlined leaving the leather to show through. Glad you didn’t pick it up!
We love to watch you and your beautiful wife. You were actually one of the ones that got us into reselling ourselves. We were wondering if you have a P.O. Box where we could send you something for your flipper home?

Don’t worry Haley, I talk to myself while at the bins and I’m not wearing a GoPro.
Same here!
I make it a family outing 😂
Me too!!! 😂
Jeez guy
Ugh! Me too!
I feel like saying, “Catch you on the flippity flip” makes so much more sense in this series.

4:42 IM SO HAPPY YOU GOT THAT RIGHT!
My mom got excited you grabbed the Winnie The Pooh stuffies. She LOVES Winnie The Pooh ❤
I'm loving the bins videos when Haley digs through the bags and she finds some goodies. I'm learning about shoes and brands from y'all. Thank you !!

Hayley & Josh, I so enjoy seeing you do all this Reno work yourself. I’ve learned so much! Thanks for all you do.
Thanks for the video Josh and Hayley! Fun as always! ❤
I love the renovation series!! You guys are golden with everything you touch!! 😊

Learning how to do something yourself and saving money... always the best feeling!

Literally this is my favorite series of content!! Love you guys keep up the amazing hard work
Love these videos guys. Keep up the great work!
I was so looking forward to the billiard ball test! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Great vid and I'm enjoying the house progress clips.
I watch you both daily! You help with my insomnia! And FYI, those plushies look better after a good wash in hot soapy water & hot dryer!
Love you guys! Keep up the good work!!
I’m really enjoying these videos that you’re doing about the house you’re flipping. 👍🏼😁
I’m impressed with the many things you can do in remodeling the house.
The bathroom toilet looks fabulous! Good job😊
Haley I talk to myself, answer myself and sometimes even ask what I just said😂
Thanks! Another beautiful video. Love you guys! ❤️🇳🇱❤️
I love the $20 reno budget idea for the rental...good job!!!

Love you both! Just found out a bin store is 20 minutes from me SO EXCITED TO GO
The Bin stores are So Fun!!! I still can't believe all the good stuff you can find!!!
Oh me! My motto is buy the unusual. That unusual purse was new! Should’ve grabbed it girl!
Oh it hurt my soul when she tossed it back!

I was very proud of how well that piece fit in there lol.

Good fun content!
That broken spiderman woulda been fun to throw a barbie head on.
Josh and Hayley! Thanks for taking us along!!! I appreciate you both so much!!! Stay safe stay great and keep up the good work !!!
Oh oh...i would have put the fuzzy purse back into the protective cello bag ☹
When you said 'We're getting this one because it can flush seven billiard balls at once....'
I was praying you would follow up with
'.... and if you've ever been in the toilet after Hailey you'll know that could come in handy!' 😂😂😂
Hahahahah
If the Murdaughs have taught us anything, it’s Vinnie Vines not
Vineyard Vines. 😂😂
You guys are the best!!

We just redid our bathroom in our house and bought that exact same toilet for the exact same reason 😂😂😂. It works great. Can confirm! 😅
Your videos content always awesome the why you are my favorite duo resellers on UA-cam
I’m endlessly fascinated by the market for used plush toys especially as they’re so abundant.

I cant wait till the final house tour 🎉🎉🎉

Good luck on the house 🙏
I have really enjoyed this series of videos.
And put one of those metal rings around it
Awesome y'all 🥰
God bless you and your family this week

I like this series 😊
Josh start with full sheets of drywall on the bottom. That way, when it comes to hanging the top, u have something to help prop up the top drywall
I love that navy MK purse. Hope it came clean
That Grizzly shirt is sick. I need that
I would sew the patchwork jacket. I have no problem doing simple fixes
You said "Christen it",
Then the next scene you were sitting down.
Shocker! 😂🎉
LMAO @ the toilet! I bought the same one! 😁🤪
Really fun episode

I would trim the water valve pipe back near the wall so it's not dangling and vulnerable.
Enjoyed it.
Excelente video como siempre... una pena que en mi país no hayan este tipo de tiendas.. Saludos desde Paraguay! ♥
¡Hola! gracias por ver. Tal vez tengas estas tiendas algún día.
My Stepfather used drywall screws for everything because he did not have to go look for a wood screw BUT I have noticed that if they get wet they rust and shortly after the heads pop off.
Enjoyed the video as usual. Have a nice evening, see you when we see you.😎👊🏻
GOOD VIDEO, THANK YOU

Spiderman kinda like a Gumby feel to him.

Harry love your new haircut
We love to watch you and your beautiful wife. You were actually one of the ones that got us into reselling ourselves. We were wondering if you have a P.O. Box where we could send you something for your flipper home?
The leather binder looked interesting - around 9:57
Can't WAIT for the christening video!

You guys definitely need your own show on hgtv 😊
Hello from England 👋🏽🙋🏽♂️
Don't use Teflon tape on hot water lines, use hemp 😊
Brilliant
I'm screaming! You missed the rockstud heels 4:14! They go for a lot. Even if they weren't real you can sell them for $100 aud.
I would forsure buy patchwork jacket on Whatnot for my granddaughter
The $20 House Flip!
