This is some crazy good motivation for me cause now that I see that people who heading to the league also be missing and air balling in their workouts tells me I’m not just ass☠️

True that. Once watched LaMelo Ball in 15 min. Hit Every Conceivable Shot from Every Conceivable Angle. Amen don't have those fundamentals yet but as he acquires them, the better he is sure to become. He has never had this kind of Coaching. Can almost guarantee it.

@@viciwo3396exaxtly. Stuff like this shows how important the footwork and consistency is in these drills compared to making the shot. It shows he's getting out of his comfort zone which happens a ton in games

When you learning a consistent shot it's gonna be ugly. But as soon as you get used to shooting from different places on the Court, you can watch it all come together. If you critique this young man for trying to learn a better shot you obviously don't understand the process of progress. 🤘🏾🚀 Good work Amen keep it up!!

I like this workout. It shows the amazing growth potential and really gets you to focus on the whole body of work versus just shooting the rock. Once you get all the leg work/dribbling/drive down, the shot is the easiest piece to fill in when you’re a good player and Amen is showing that right here. Great coaching

If you look at 17:38 he has a noticeable hitch in his shot. It’s like a 3 part shot. 1-2-3. Then at 19:29 the hitch is gone. All in one motion. He can’t shoot because he doesn’t have a shot form that he’s consistent with. He’s guessing every time he shoots. This workout is kind of useless too. Not enough game simulation stuff and not really working on weaknesses. I hope he gets the right guy around him that can truly explain to him why his shot is broken and how to fix it.

Honestly, why is nobody trying to teach him the right shooting mechanics... his shooting form looks honestly like Dwight Howard's... please work with actual trainers please at the very least in terms of shooting
